Welcome to Eastern Shores 101, a gorgeous 1 bed 1.5 bath Gulf-front condo in the center of Seagrove! Enjoy the magnificent gulf views from ground floor corner unit private balcony, just steps from the sugar white sand of the gulf. Eastern Shores is centrally located on 30A where you can enjoy great shopping, dining or entertainment while exploring 30A. And with 17 miles of paved bike trails, you can either bike or drive to great adventures. This condo is perfect for a family vacation, long weekend or winter haven.

What should I do in Paradise?
1. Eastern shores 101 is located on the 1st floor with gorgeous views of the ocean right from your private patio
2. Enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches
3. Bike along front beach road and stop at the local restaurants and bars
4. Take your family to Grand Boulevard and enjoy shopping, dining, and catch a movie at the Grand Theatre

Spring Break 30A

Great location right on the beach. Plenty of space for our family of 4 having the kids sleep in the hallway bunks, and having the two bathrooms was key. Only thing we would have liked is for a nicer patio set outside, there were 3 plastic andirondak chairs and one plastic chaise lounge, something a little nicer would have given the extra star.

Great place and location, but disappointing kitchen

First and foremost, this place is in a great location! It’s on the ground level, and the walkout patio looks across the sea grass and a sand dune at the beach and ocean, which are not many steps away. And it’s within easy bicycling distance from some good restaurants. It could use a few updates, but we didn’t expect (and weren’t looking for) the Ritz. And there were some minor maintenance issues, but I emailed the management company and they were taken care of in a few hours (pretty impressive). The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the kitchen is pretty lacking. If you’re going to dine out every meal, then it’s not a problem. But if you plan to cook some … there are 2 small flimsy skillets with the non-stick surface partially scratched off, the only baking dish is the size of a small loaf of bread (too small for 2 pieces of fish), dull knives, no pot holders (burned my fingers using dish towels instead), no crock pot, no disposal, incomplete set of measuring spoons/cups, etc., and some of the pans (and some glasses) appeared to have been put away without being washed. Fortunately, we made friends with the couple in unit #104 above this one, and their kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed (in mostly new condition). Again, the kitchen aside, we really liked this unit and it’s location.

Everything was just as advertised and the location was wonderful with proximity to the water being the greatest thing.

Fantastic place

We got there early, they allowed us to check in a few hours before our scheduled time. Location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. Beach is super close. The unit was clean and everything was in working condition.

Above Average

We love Eastern Shores and everything about Seagrove. However, the tent/chair rental situation is getting a bit out of hand. The guys running the rentals on the beach try to push everyone around and make them think that they have no choice but to rent a tent/chairs in order to have beach access. They are very disrespectful!
