New Listing! Beautiful new home, mountain views, fenced yard

Come stay at this mountain retreat! Located near the Hatcher Lake area, this newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is tastefully furnished and has a fenced back yard with beautiful mountain views.

Through the front door, you'll find a cozy living room with a smart TV, gas fireplace and Starlink internet (best in town). On your right is the kitchen & dining area. The back has windows facing the mountains with a sliding glass door leading to the patio & fenced yard. On the left side of the home you'll find one half bathroom, the washer & dryer, and garage access. Keeping down the hallway there are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Each has a TV and a conjoined bathroom with tub & shower combo. End of the hallway you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed. It's a spacious room with a TV and access to the backyard patio. The bathroom has a standup shower and his & her sinks.

All furniture in this home is brand new, nicely decorated and very comfortable for a vacation any time of year.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

Mountain Retreat!! So Fun!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience. The house is very new very clean. We really enjoyed it. Great little neighborhood with a lake and easy access to town. It’s a great home Spot to spend the day there or bounce around to other towns.
