新しく改装されたキッチンには、2つの大きなベッドルームがあり、木々（2 + 1ともに）1ベッドルーム（ダブルベッド1台）と大きなバスルーム（シャワー付き）が見えます。
木製のオーブンで焼くだけで、おいしいディナーやランチを木の根の下に置くことができます。ぶどう畑を歩いたり、庭園で本を読んだりすることができます。
小さなインフレータブルプール（フィルター2）。子供の楽しさと両親のリフレッシュのために5mの大きさ。 （6月1日より）
子供のためのシーソーとスライドのあるゲームエリア。
フィレンツェ（70km）、ピサ、ルッカ・ヴォルテッラ・サン・ジミニャーノ（40km）、シエナ（80km）、海（40km）、カシャーナ浴場（15km）、プールなどの最も美しい都市を訪れるのに最適な出発点ペチョーリ（3km）。

Schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieterin, ruhige und trotzdem praktische Lage für Ausflüge

Wir waren als Familie zu Gast bei Vaina. Vaina ist eine unglaublich liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Leider sprach sie nur Italienisch, aber mit Google Übersetzer kommt man gut zurecht. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß mit jeder Menge Betten ausgestattet. Die Leiter des Pools lässt sich weg stellen, so dass der Pool sicher ist, wenn man ihn nicht benutzt und das Gelände bietet den Kindern viel Platz zum spielen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und für jedes Schlafzimmer gab es einen Ventilator. Vaina ist alle zwei Tage am Haus und kümmert sich um das Grundstück und reinigt den Pool. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und stattet einen mit allem aus, was womöglich fehlt. Während unseres Aufenthalts war die Weinlese des dazugehörigen Weinberges fällig und wir wurden zu gemeinsamen Essen mit den Helfern eingeladen. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Wir durften auch bei der Weinernte helfen. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß und das original Toskanische Essen war der Hammer. In der Oberen Etage des Hauses wohnt eine ansässige andere Familie, die aber einen separaten Eingang haben und von denen wir nicht viel mitbekommen haben. Vaina selbst wohnt nicht am Haus. Man kann am Haus super Parken. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es 7 Minuten entfernt bei einem Coop Supermarkt, oder 30 Minuten entfernt bei einem Lidl, den wir oft auf dem Heimweg von Städte-Tripps oder Strandbesuchen genutzt haben. Für Familie mit jüngeren Kindern eine super Location.

Perfekt wie im letzten Jahr

Es war wie immer wirklich schön bei Vaina. Sauberes Haus, sauberer Pool. Das Haus liegt schön gelegen und ist perfekt um recht schnell in Florenz, Pisa, Livorno oder auch Volterra zu sein. Also für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schön und ruhig gelegenes Haus in den Bergen der Toskana, von Olivenhainen umgeben. Unkomplizierte Buchung und sehr freundliche Vermieterinnen! Von dort kann man sehr schön die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und auch die Strände erreichen. Grazie mille!

Wunderschön

Der Aufenthalt war leider zu kurz. Es war wirklich schön. Man ist freundlich begrüßt worden und man hätte bei Problemen jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen können. Toller Garten mit Obstbäumen und Pool. Jeden 2. Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt. Es war alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder ❤️

Bellissimo soggiorno in famiglia

Stupenda casa di campagna! Grande spaziosa fresca ed accogliente. Pace e tranquillità ma anche divertimento x i bambini (e anche x i grandi!) grazie alla piscina immersa nel verde. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Toskana

Wir haben hier fünf Wochen Urlaub gemacht - die Lage ist für Ausflüge super, der Pool sehr erfrischend (er wird alle zwei Tage gereinigt) und das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt mit tollen Blumen, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und Obstbäumen, von denen man nach Belieben naschen kann - lecker! Wir haben jede Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, die Gästebetreuung ist sehr herzlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hoffen, dass wir nicht das letzte Mal hier waren!

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, immer zu erreichen wenn eine Frage war. Sie gab gute Tipps wo man gute Weinproben machen kann. Herrlich unkompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweifamilienhaus mit sep. Eingang. Unserer Gruppe (4 Erwachsene und 2 Teenagern) hat es gut gefallen.

Perfect Country-Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in Peccioli. Vaina was a very hospitable host! We felt welcome and very at home immediatly. The communication beforehand with Alessandro was very good. He answered very quickly and friendly. The hospitality, effort and care of Vaina made our holiday absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook at home, the apartment was clean and well equipped. If anything was needed we could always ask Vaina. The children well enjoyed the garden and especially the pool and the little playground. The grounds were perfect for them to play and explore. The countryside made it perfect for us adults to relax, read and have a peacefull and restorative time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Vaina - and of course Alessandro - for the great time.

Wow!!! What an amazing place

Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer there. Many thanks again to Alessandro hope to see you again in the future

Un lieu de rêve et un accueil hors norme

Un tout grand merci à Vaina et sa soeur pour leur accueil et leur générosité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de rêve où règne le calme et la sérénité. C'est un excellent point de départ pour toutes vos excursions en Toscane. Nous recommandons chaudement ce lieu.

Magnifique Toscane

Nous avons passés plus de 10 jours dans la maison de Vaina qui nous a très bien accueillie. Elle était a l’écoute de nos besoins et présente. Elle nous a donné des conseils pour les visites. Maison confortable avec tout le nécessaire, piscine idéale dans un beau jardin. Bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous recommandons. Tres bon emplacement (entre Sienne, Pise et Florence) et au calme dans la campagne d'un petit village, idéale pour les séjours en famille ou entre amis avec des enfants. Il manquerait juste une climatisation dans la maison durant notre séjour (au moins pour la nuit, mais nous y sommes allés début août en période de très forte chaleur).

Great host, beautiful rustic home in the hills!

I can’t thank Alessandro enough for his great communication in the days leading up to and during our stay, especially after a disastrous start to the holiday owing to Ryanair. The house was perfect, full of rustic charm. Bedrooms were well kept and spacious, the grounds were beautiful with lots of little areas to chill- our favourite was around by the small pool/giant paddling pool! Would definitely advise having a hire car, though we were able to gets taxis easily enough for the 8 of us to get us to and from the wedding we were in Tuscany for. They are not cheap, however. Would definitely recommend this host and property!

Great location and as described, beautiful setting and very friendly host.

A lovely house in a great location and Peccioli is a hidden gem. Very relaxing and we had a great time, could have spent longer than we did. The pool is small but a very welcome addition to what is a lovely house. Would I come back? Yes.

CASA ACCOGLIENTE

La casa è molto accogliente e familiare. E' dotata di moltissime comodità come forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, c'è anche il camino!...è situata in un luogo molto tranquillo e immerso nel verde ma allo stesso tempo a poca distanza dal paese. La consigliamo a tutti.

La maison correspondait en tous points à nos attentes.. Elle tres bien entrenue et présente des vues exceptionnelles. Sa situation géographique permet d accéder facilement aux principales villes toscanes. Nous remercions chaleureusement Vaina pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Ce fut un très bon séjour. calme, tranquillité, beauté des lieux

Excellent contact avec Vaïna la propriétaire. La maison est à flan de colline, sur une ligne de crête, la vue sur cette crête est formidable : Peccioli, la campagne Toscane. La maison était très propre, très calme. Nous avons pu vivre la Toscane facilement grâce à la position de cette maison : 1 h de Florence, moins d'une heure de Pise et Lucques, de Sienne, 30 min de Volterra, 35 min de San Gimignano... Véritable lieu de calme, nous avons pu profiter du four pour les grillades. Les enfants ont adoré cet endroit et Vaïna a été disponible pour répondre à nos questions sur les lieux, les choses à voir... Elle nous a fait découvrir les nombreux arbres dont elle s'occupe. Les photographies présentées dans l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité. C'est une réservation que je conseille à tous (avec ou sans enfants), nous étions très tristes de partir !!
