Blissful days on Greers Ferry Lake await at this waterfront Fairfield Bay waterfront retreat! Nestled under the trees with a fire pit, this 4-bed, 3-bath home is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Fairfield Bay offers Great golf and miles of ATV trails. Plenty of parking for your boat or other toys.
The property offers 2 separate living areas and a spacious screened porch to host your entire group with ease. Both bedrooms on the main level offer a king sized bed. The lower level features a bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room. The main level deck is screened in and below is a patio with a hammock. The kitchen is fully stock to make a great meal.
There is a pool pass in the information binder. It allows for discounts at various places in the resort.
while you cannot use the boat dock. you may beach or tie your boat to a tree and leave it overnight so that you dont have to pull it out of the water.

Awesome hosts!

Jeff’s communication was top notch. He offered clear direction before our stay, and materials on sight helped us get the most out of our stay. The home is cozy - maybe just a hair smaller than we expected for our group of 7, but had all the right amenities and comforts to help us enjoy our stay.
