Excellent location and very clean!

Beautiful property in a cul de sac. Boat ramp just 1 min away. Property was very clean and tidy. Will definitely stay here again!

Family/Friends Fishing

Great location for fishing and boating. Easy in and great access to the inner coastal water and gulf. House is a little dated and boardwalk could use some new decking, but was reasonably priced and worked great for a guys fishing trip with the boat.. Would definitely stay here again

Great place if you have a boat or two!

The place was very spacious and clean and had plenty of room at the dock for three boats about 22 feet or so each. The host was very responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this place again! Great fishing and sandbars close by

Waterfront

Enjoyed the house and water view. Especially nice was the fact that patio with table and chairs faced east to the water view and so the afternoon sun was not an issue. The host was very responsive to our requests.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

The house is well furnished and very nice. It was in a very quiet neighborhood. The view was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they were out and had it fixed within a half hour, which we really appreciated. There is only one TV in the house and with multiple family members it would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms, but that's just a personal preference.

Fishing Trip

Have family in Bradenton and wanted to stay on the water for 4 days of fishing. The location with large pier and water access were wonderful. Nice sunrises every morning and nicely protected bay for boat. House had everything we needed but was a little dated, although, that made no difference to us. I will definitely plan on returning in the future. Thanks

Amazing location near Anna Maria Island and on the water

Can’t say enough about this location and house. Right on the water in the sound next to Anna Maria Island (about 5 min drive and could easily bike there). Perfect if you have a boat since the house has a large dock and is located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect size for our family which includes 4 teenagers. House was just as the pics show a bit older but in good shape and quite clean (I’m allergic to dust mites and cockroaches and had zero problems). Denis was super responsive on answering our questions and saying in touch. Watching the sunrise over the water and a visit from a dolphin were highlights in a great trip

Looking forward to our next stay!!

We loved our stay at the Boaters Getaway house. The house was very clean and spacious and the view did not disappoint, especially the sunrise and the almost daily visit from the local pod of Dolphins and Ospreys, Egrets, Owls and other cool birds. We rented the house for a working vacation, internet speed was fine and although there is no desk we made use of the dining room table for an office with a view. The house is minimally furnished as shown in pictures but seems to have most of the necessities needed, there was a charcoal grill, although a gas grill would be a great addition and more convenient. All in all the house was described well and is priced accordingly for being a bit dated but having plenty of space to spread out and an amazing view!! Looking forward to our next stay!
