Kick back and relax in this luxury calm, stylish 2Bed2Bath 1 level home nested in the serenity of a private street in the peaceful Royal Oaks neighborhood. This house boasts the best quality among three listings the host has. Experience the epitome of comfort with a fully fenced yard and a delightful gazebo for outdoor seating. Our home offers fully stocked kitchen and easy access to everything you need for short or long stay. Lots of shopping and dining options near Vancouver Mall; 2 minutes to Royal Oaks Golf Club; close to 2 major freeway entrances and 15 minutes to PDX airport.



There is a covered carport parking immediately next to the door, great for anyone with mobility concerns. Extra parking spaces are available as well.

Close to Vancouver Waterfront; Columbia River Gorge; PDX and various hiking trails. This is a good central location for sightseeing day trips for Portland and SW Washington area.

This home is pet friendly but with a pet fee of $70.

Additionally, we have two other similar homes at the same location, which can all be rented together to accommodate large families or groups.

We enjoyed our stay at royal oaks the host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. The area is great for walking on quiet streets. Shopping is very close and it’s easy to get to Portland or Vancouver from this location. The home is clean and easy to navigate. There is a large fenced backyard.

Wonderful property

We loved our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything you need. We were only 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see and do, close to the Portland airport. It has a gorgeous yard we enjoyed. I'd stay here again for sure.

This was our second time staying at these properties. Great location, awesome quiet neighborhood, Close to everything. The unit is super clean, and well stocked. We got everything we needed. Communication was awesome, no problems were encountered. We're returning in December. Definitely recommend.

Felt like home

This property is located in a pretty, walkable and safe area with shopping nearby. The home is clean and comfortable with a very pleasing decor. Basic and necessary amenities were provided. Communication was prompt, courteous and Jerry offered to assist if needed. We were two couples and would recommend this property.

Beautiful comfortable place

Loved this place. Beautifully decorated home with furnished kitchen and comfy beds. Quiet private backyard was the perfect place to hangout with our dogs. We had a very relaxing weekend.

Love this place!

We loved staying here! It’s clean, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The bed was comfortable. The place was quiet. We didn’t hear anyone else during our stay from Friday through Sunday. I love the backyard, which was perfect for our dog! FYI - there is a pet fee charged after booking. We will definitely book this place again!

Great place in a great location

We really loved our trip/stay. As all the reviews state, it's very dog friendly. The backyard is HUGE. We brought our two fur babies and they loved it. We were staying there to visit my brother and his new baby. It's centrally located to all things you need to do. Everything is only 15 mins away. If you are going to Vancouver, stay here. We will be back!

Awesome couple with an awesome rental

Awesome couple with an awesome rental, secluded neighborhood with a backyard yard with a nice gazebo, pet friendly, well stocked kitchen and utensils, carport, washer and dryer, induction stove but the best part were the owners just very down to earth and very accommodating. Clean, Stunning, True to Pictures

We stayed here for a Portland trip and we loved it. It looked very similar to the photos. The entire place was spotless and the interior design was stunning. There were a lot of nice touches that showed how thoughtful the owner was (Clorox wipes on the counter, blankets, laundry detergent pods, and more). It felt very homey and comfortable. The only part I wish I knew was that the space was connected to another property (I thought I booked a standalone spot). But it was a very quiet neighborhood and noise was not an issue at all. As far as location, we were 15-17 min away from everything we wanted to explore in Portland. We loved the entire stay!
