Whether you're here to hit the slopes, cruise the Kancamagus, or visit one of the other attractions Lincoln has to offer, the Mountain Retreat will be the perfect home base for your group. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tampering with technology in the house will incur a $50 per device reconnection fee and may result in immediate checkout.
Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

This place was amazing. So comfortable and close to food, shopping and super close to Loon mountain. The owner was very detailed in instructions and offered help if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Loon Mountain Retreat

The condo was great - plenty of room for everyone. Conveniently located across from the mountain with a beautiful view. A shuttle comes by right out front almost every 20-30 minutes to take guests to the mountain. We would definitely stay again!

Keep expectations a bit low, likely applies to most places in this complex or places in general for this area from what I could tell.The unit itself was okay, bathrooms needed a deep clean and some updating, lots of rust on piping and grout around the toilet needed replacing. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned as the dishes smelled dirty coming out, the coffee maker replaced as it doesn't brew properly, and the washer did not properly rinse the clothes. Suspect that the bed cover had not been washed as it smelled like musty man smell. Living area was comfortable and nice after long days of hiking, however once we sat down to relax, had to reset the TV multiple times each evening to get it to connect. We did enjoy the patio, after we spent some time cleaning out the leaves. Utilized the hot tub facilities, again, keep expectations low was quite dated and worn down. I really don't like leaving reviews like this but for what we paid and the size of the property I was really let down.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We love traveling and being able to share our space with others. We currently have 4 properties in the White Mountains and love being able to sneak away to the area whenever possible. We have been hosting since 2021 and love hearing from our guests about different traditions -some old, some new- and the memories you have made at our home!

Why they chose this property

Lincoln, NH (and Loon Mtn more specifically) is home to many memories for our family. My wife and I grew up enjoying visits to Clark's bears, the Ice Castles, and other Lincoln attractions. Our time at UNH brought us to Loon for dozens of ski trips, and our kids are now starting to catch the bug. Our home could not have a more convenient location and is in a quiet neighborhood offering much more space and privacy than some of the other options in the area.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the perfect location, our home is great for families or friends. We have awesome views of Loon's main slopes, access to the swim, tennis and workout club, and seasonal shuttle service to the mountain. There is also a playground right in the community and we are only minutes to all that downtown Lincoln has to offer.
