Welcome to our townhouse in a quiet Clairlea-Birchmount neighborhood in Toronto!
This townhome is just 7 mins walk from Warden Station. Steps to TTC & Subway, parks, and shopping and minutes to Hwy 40. Just a short drive to Scarboro Crescent Park, Scarborough Town Center, Woodbine Beach & Park, Ontario Science Center, Rosetta McClain Gardens, and half an hour to Downtown Toronto.
This executive townhome is a great escape point for travelers, families, friends, and business professionals!
This newly painted 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome has updated amenities and is perfect for those who come to the city to work or relax. Relax on the comfortable couch by the fireplace in the living area or watch your favorite movies on the 55" Smart TV.
For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a fully-equipped kitchen with extended cabinets and a large island.
After a long exciting day of adventures, make your way into our bedrooms. We have 3 bedrooms located on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, a 55" Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double-sized bed.
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, high chairs, bbq, 1 driveway, EV charger of 10KW, and 1 garage space are all provided during your stay!

*For additional vehicles, the nearest paid parking lots available is 705 Warden Ave Parking - North Parking Lot (Warden subway station) within 7 mins walk (500 m) from the house that costs 4 dollars from 5am to 2 am. No parking from 2am - 5 am.
*The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.
*Please note: Failure to comply with the garbage disposal instructions may result in a $150 CAD fee.
