Madison's Premier EcoLodge

Welcome to Premier Ecolodge on Monroe Street! Award winning 3800 sq. ft. home, with 3 guest rooms with queen beds and whirlpool baths, and 2 large bedrooms with for 4 beds, for a total of 12 guests. Relax in the sauna and enjoy a full kitchen to share your favorite meals. The house is near great restaurants, biking, running trails, and the Arboretum. Lake Wingra trail is across the street. UW and State Street are a mile away. Previous superhosts under new management.
The space
The guest rooms have each a queen bed, and one of them has an extra twin bed in the suite. The other two large bedrooms have a queen bed in one and 3 single beds in the other, and they share a full bathroom with tub. The 3 single bed room has a kid pod (see photos) and a blue ceiling with clouds, a kids' favorite. One of the main guest room is on the first floor (wheel chair accessible). The other rooms are on the second floor. The kitchen is huge with a big wooden central countertop for preparing food and large wooden table, plus additional sitting area.
Guest access
You can access the entire house and garden area. The historical (white) building next door is however off limit.
Other things to note
The Ecolodge is secured with a security code you will receive a day prior to your coming. There is WiFi access throughout the house.
Our insurance policy does not allow any pets, however well behaved they may be. Sorry about it.
There is no grill for outside cooking in our premises, but Lake Wingra Park and beach, 5 minutes walk away, has grill areas close to the lake and boat rental.
