Unik semesterbostad i A-ram som ligger ovanpå en kulle med fantastisk utsikt över Beltline, UW Arboretum och Madison. Utmärkt centralt läge med enkel åtkomst till alla delar av Madison och omgivande områden. Jag ska gärna göra vad jag kan för att göra din vistelse trevlig. Detta är mitt personliga hem så var snäll och håll saker rena och vara respektfulla. Detta hem ska inte användas för fester eller evenemang. Om du har några frågor är du välkommen att ställa. This is a unique home that is super clean and had everything needed to cook, entertain (we played games & watched football) and accommodate any family. The location was close to downtown, the interstate, and airport. Plenty of restaurants were nearby as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Sisters get a way

This property was perfect. It was full of character and even had well cared for house plants. Loved that the patio had a ceiling so we could sit there during the rain. All beds were super comfortable. I just can’t think of anything negative!

Amazing house and neighborhood

This house is so fun! Could be considered my dream home. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful windows and a cozy retro feel. It had everything we needed and is located in a great neighborhood!

Excellent Stay

This is our second stay and will gladly come back. It is easy to maneuver around Madison and the house is a spectacular vintage 80’s home.

Excellent property and owner

The cabin was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator - we did it all by email. The expectations for maintaining and checking out were very reasonable. I recommend this stay to anyone!

Madison WI Area A-Frame

Excellent housing and service from the property manager! The great room in this A-frame reminds me of my old ski days and the suburban location brings you closer to local entertainment, interesting venues and shops.

Beautiful home

Location wasn't too bad, just off of the beltline. Probably a reasonable walking distance to restaurants and stores on fish hatchery road, but we drove due to the weather. The house is very nice, especially the upstairs loft.

Great house, convenient location

House is like a step back in time. 70s A frame with a cool loft. We enjoyed it except for the extremely loud road noise from the deck. We also weren’t aware from the listing that the house is connected to another house, but that never interfered with our stay. Still would be good to have that in the listing. Clean, comfortable home. Host was very responsive.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful A-frame cottage with a hippie twist. We absolutely adored the place. Very very clean and nicely kept up. The house has a nice little enclosed sunroom with an awesome view. We loved all the live plants throughout the place. Communication with the owner was wonderful and very quick. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madison.

I have owned what I call the Arbor Hill House for 20 years. I have recently refurbished the interior and have prepared it to be used as a vacation rental. My goal is to turn the home into a very unique and comfortable place for my guest's to use as their home-base when visiting Madison. It will always be a work in progress with the hopes of turning it into the best vacation rental that it can be. I will usually be nearby to help my guest with anything they may need. I'll look forward to hearing any suggestions from my guests about how I can make this a great place to stay.
