This apartment was all you could expect and more. My friends arrived days before I did and had no problems checking in. Rondelle was very very responsive and solved all our issues quickly. He sorted out any repairs that needed to be done. There is a cleaning service that comes with longer stays (we were there for 5 weeks); Portia and Christian were a joy to meet. The apartment is very very close to downtown, so grocery shopping and shoes/clothes shopping were very accessible. We went to play pan and it was 10 minutes from both our panyards. Not to mention, the apartment came with things to make a simple breakfast the next day, which was very thoughtful as our flights landed at 10/11pm. We used the smart TVs daily for movies, background music, etc. The kitchen was well equipped.I loved my stay here and would recommend it 100/10.
