The open-concept living area is centered around a charming kiva-style gas fireplace, with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for movie nights. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals:

- Primary Suite: A spacious room featuring a King bed, a Smart TV, and
French doors that open directly to the pool patio. The ensuite
bathroom is a personal spa with double sinks and a luxurious garden
tub.
- Guest Bedroom 1: Features a Queen bed and a ceiling fan.
- Guest Bedroom 2: Also includes a Queen bed and a ceiling fan.

More than 1 dog is allowed but prior approval by Host is needed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding. Cats are not allowed.

The property is in a nice neighborhood, and the house was very clean and nicely appointed. The property owner was responsive and helpful. If you want to use the hot tub, you need to plan ahead as you have to notify the owners and it takes a long time to heat up. We would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place is spotless in a quiet and calm neighborhood. We had so much fun at the pool and making family dinners! Highly recommend for a family staycation. Monica was excellent communicator, she was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

My 3 sons and I stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend. We really enjoyed this home. It was perfect for the 4 of us. I enjoyed having a full spacious kitchen, garage access, and a refreshing pool to cool off in. The house was beautiful & spacious. I booked this house because it had a hot tub which I need to use twice a day due to health problems. This was not available, nor did the owners offer to come fix it. They had a check list with charges....that was ridiculous & made everyone uneasy, which made all of us uncomfortable so my son & grandson left within 18 hours of driving from Texas 6 1/2 hours to see their Great Grandfather whom lives here. I drove from California so no Jacuzzi made a huge difference in my happiness. Also this house has an abundance of knifes. which some were hanging on a metal strip when I opened the cabinet to get salt one of the butcher knifes fell slicing my leg a bit. Hopefully they fix this. The house its self is very nice.... Oh I also had to pay for my dogs which I have never been charged extra staying in a VRBO orang other site. Sadface!!!

The home was a great landing spot and we would definitely stay there again. Mostly very positive things to say about it with just a few minor issues. Great: Home was spotless, beds and living room were comfy, kitchen fully appointed including a nice coffee station. Entry was easy but secure, owner was clear and communicativeFacilities person was super-fast to communicate with to get the hot tub turned on, which he was able to do remotely without coming to the house. The tub was also one of the more comfy ones we’ve been in. The pool and patio were very pleasant day and night. The neighborhood was quiet and suburban but still close to everything we needed. Issues: The pool would get pretty well covered with debris & bugs at night. That’s normal with winds and there is a long net for cleaning but I wish it had an extra head with smaller netting capable of catching all the very small debris and tiny mites that float on top, or that the filter /cleaning cycle could be easily switched on (or was included in house instructions). Patio loungers could use a refresh as both the intense sun and various birds had done a number on them. Pool and patio nevertheless still get 4 out of 5 stars.Neighbor’s German shepherd was rather excitable when it was outside in their back yard. It was never a threat and was quiet at night but its barking came right through the master bedroom wall in the morning. That’s no fault of the owner but it was nevertheless a surprising way to wake up.

Well, the state was pleasant. The house is really awesome nice and clean great neighborhood not too far from anything. The pool was a little cold so depending on when you rent, it might be chilly. We still swam every single day even though the pool was 54 the owners are awesome to communicate with prompt fast and help you figure it out. I would rent again.
