Fabulous stay

The home was great, owner was above and beyond amazing. He went out of his way to correct an error that I made while booking. He was very hospitable even making sure we knew if anything ran out to let him know and he would replace it and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. Will be sure to book again if the occasion ever comes up we need to stay in the area again.

We loved the house! Nice place to stay! Beds were comfortable. Place was mostly clean. Deck needs to be redone and it would be a nice place to chill outside during the summer. We stayed for XRoads music festival. Seemed like a nice neighborhood. If you have a boat there’s a boat launch just a few min away for the fox river that leads to at least a few different lakes. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Nice home in a frat neighborhood

The house was very nice, but we were not aware that it was only a couple blocks from UW Oshkosh campus and nestled among several frat houses. The parties on Friday and Saturday nights were loud and went late, with kids mingling on the street and even in the VRBO driveway well into the night. Noise from the parties and street was bad on the first floor, but the second floor was well insulated from the noise of the outside party goers. We appreciated a new pack and play and high chair for the toddler traveling with us. Amenities in the kitchen were very nice.

Way better than a hotel!

This property was very clean and the host truly tried to accommodate. The home is a 4 bedroom. It was cool while we was in town and our stay was very comfortable but the air conditioning is not adequate for the home. No central air and the ac unit in the living area does not work. One bed with no ac and a second that didnt keep up. That was the only negative. There was a small mix up in scheduling but the owner corrected it quickly and was very professional. We left satisfied with our stay and would likely use it again in the future.
