Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the backyard, but we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. The temperature issues, ants, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, lack of privacy shades, and missing supplies clearly made your stay much less comfortable than it should have been. We’re especially sorry about the communication and follow-through you experienced with our team. We understand how frustrating it is to report an issue and then have to repeatedly reach out for a response. That is not the level of service we strive to provide. The concerns you reported should have been taken seriously and addressed promptly, rather than leaving you to manage them throughout your stay. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We will be sharing your feedback with our property, maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams so these concerns can be reviewed and improvements can be made. We’re sorry we fell short of providing the comfortable and stress-free experience you deserved.

Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad to hear your group had a great time! We hope you come back and visit with us again real soon!
