The house was very clean and organized. It was also beautifully decorated. We rented linens and the beds were made for us at our arrival. It was so convenient having the washer and dryer with detergent available. It was nice being centrally located and easy to get to other areas of The Cape. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay here!

This place was SO cute and lovely. Didn't love having to pay for linens and towels. Tried to save money by packing our own linens and towels and just took up more space in the trunk of car - and we have a big car. 3 kids. We need all the space and wish we didn't have to bring that stuff. We'd still go back though. :)

The perfect stay!

This vacation home is EXACTLY as advertised. Completely redone top to bottom! Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, and very clean! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but central to everything you’d like to visit on the Cape! I hope to visit this beautiful vacation home again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This was a great little cottage for our honeymoon. We loved the walking distance to several restaurants. The screened in porch was the place to be. Dawn has done an amazing job providing a home away from home. Everywhere we turned there was another small touch. The house was stocked with paper products (tissues, paper towels, napkins), dishes, shower supplies... dishwasher with soap, the list goes on. I even found a small pad of paper and scotch tape! The fridge and freezer are bigger than they look in the pictures. We were just so impressed! I'd love to hire Dawn to give me some tips on interior design, haha!Thank you, Dawn, for opening up your home to me and my new husband :)With sincere regards, The new wife!

Thank you for your feedback, Grace. We are sorry to hear the home didn't fully meet your expectations. We take great care to ensure that our listing photos, descriptions and location details accurately represent the property, and we're always open to helpful suggestions. However, your review didn't include specific details about what you found inaccurate regarding the listing or location, which makes it difficult for us to address your concerns directly. During your stay, a few household items were broken and unfortunately not reported. We understand accidents happen and we chose to repair these ourselves rather than file a claim. We simply ask that guests notify us so we can make prompt repairs for the next visitor's comfort. We truly appreciate all guests who treat our home with care and kindness, and we encourage future travelers to read our positive reviews that reflect the accurate and welcoming experience we work hard to provide. Grace- we wish you all the best and hope your future travels are more in line with what you are looking for. Regards, -Dawn
