We loved this place so much we bought it! While we wanted a vacation getaway in Winter Park for all it offers in the Great Outdoors, our condo is perfect for the relaxation time indoors as well. With huge picture windows, great views of the Continental Divide and a large cozy couch to nestle in, it's a great place to light a fire, relax, unwind and socialize.
The wood-burning stove offers ambience and heat in the winter months.

The clubhouse facilities are only steps away. There is a large lap pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms. The gym has free and fixed weights and cardio machines.

With vaulted ceilings and over 1000 square feet this condo feels spacious. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen over full bunk bed and a futon couch.

The bathrooms feature heated floors and bidet toilet seats!

The newly updated kitchen has everything you need for eating in around the large 8 seat dining table With additional seating at the countertop bar. A large screen smart TV with surround sound is there for your entertainment, reliable WiFi.

Conveniently located in downtown Winter Park, it is a short walk to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Many popular summer events are a short walk away at Hideaway park/Rendezvous event center. The Resort is 2 miles away and the free shuttle stops at Snowblaze for a quick and easy ride to the slopes.

Outstanding!

The owners have thought of everything with this condo. It is stocked with every amenity you could think of and even those you haven’t. The location is great. A short walk to the shuttle to Winter Park and an even shorter walk to the athletic club. The wood burning stove makes for the perfect cozy atmosphere after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back.

Nice Place

The Place was perfect. The Kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Good view of the Mountains from the Deck and large windows. Location was good close to downtown. We would have used the pool and rec area if my Grandson would have made the trip but he got sick and couldn’t make it. Beds and both bathrooms worked out great.

Great location, well stocked, nicely decorated

Loved our stay in this condo. Our 4 tween to adult kids slept in the 3 guestroom beds and happily on the sectional. Plenty of glasses, plates, spices, pantry items. Amazing location.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay with kids ages 5 and 8. It was incredibly clean and laundry in the unit was great after days of hiking. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances for meals at the condo. Great quiet location within walking distance to restaurants, brewery, park and shops plus great hiking in the area. Our kids loved the games and books too. Highly recommend!

Great Condo, Property Manager & Location

My partner and two college age kids enjoyed a wonderful week skiing at Winter Park Resort and exploring Winter Park/Fraser & surrounding towns. The owners were always responsive and offered "insider" recommendations. One of the closest condo complexes to WP Resort. Well laid out floor plan, comfortable beds and furniture with a beautiful mountain view. We are not "cooks" but found the kitchen well stocked, well beyond our needs for cooking, glasses, dishware and appliances. The 2 full bathrooms were very clean and updated. Most of the restaurants, bakeries, shopping, breweries of Winter Park were all very walkable. Parking at the condo was easy. We used our car only for driving to WP resort, 1 big food shopping trip in Fraser and a day trip. I would absolutely stay here again. Many thanks to owners!

Best Of Everything For Ski Trip

Not only did this rental have everything we wanted it was all the BEST of what you could have asked for. Unit - It was clean; well furnished; comfortable; modern and had everything you could want on a ski vacation (big comfy couch; huge dining room table; washer/dryer; comfortable beds; well stocked kitchen) and many extras (radiant heat floors and bidet with heated seats in bathroom; wood fireplace with plenty of free wood; great view from top level 3rd floor unit). Location - right on the outskirts of town so many places were walking distance and a 5 minute drive to Winter Park resort. There is a free city shuttle bus but we did not use it so I can't comment. Communication - I only vacation using rental units, and communication with this owner was the best I ever had. The VRBO description needed little clarification but the few questions that I had (pre and post booking) was answered within minutes. What and absolute pleasure it was knowing that we were renting from such a responsible owner!!!! Thank you for everything to make our vacation so memorable.

Amazing place!

We loved this place! Great location and fantastic space. Beds were great. Kitchen was perfect. We skied several days and loved the pool and hot tub. We walked to several locations downtown. Thanks is so much!!!

Clean and comfortable stay in a great location - book your lift tickets first!

We stayed with two adults and three kids and really loved this place. The beds were comfortable and the kids really loved the bidets! The place had just about everything you could want and was nice and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the crockpot to have hot chili waiting for us after snow tubing at the Fraser tubing hill. We loved that the pool (which was nice and warm) as well as an indoor and outdoor hot tub were both just across the driveway from us. We had them to ourselves every night! (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) You can't beat that! I would have really loved if the owner left any tips about parking and skiing at Winter Park. We were pretty overwhelmed by trying to figure it out. Book your lift tickets well in advance as I booked the property first and paid WAY too much for lift tickets! Overall, it's a wonderful property!

Perfect centralized location

Our second floor condo (three flights of stairs due to the carport) was awesome. The carport use was a bonus! Everything was very new and clean. We really enjoyed the athletic club. The hummingbird feeder was an added bonus on the deck. We were able to walk to a lot of locations and also be close to the bike park.

Great Stay Accurately Shown

Our group had two adult couples and we all really enjoyed the unit. It was as advertised, communication, parking and check in were a breeze. Very conveniently located to the mountain and the town. The kitchen was really well appointed with everything we needed. Towels and bedding were nice. Fireplace, laundry, balcony, grill, TV/Entertainment system were all great. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in great location

We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park in this beautiful condo with fantastic views, and all amenities one could think of. The check in was extremely easy and the proximity to the ski bus as well as into town so appreciated. The kitchen had all we needed, we had stocked up on food in Denver, and cooked all our meals at home, and only went out for the occasional beer in the nearby breweries. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed The Stay

I came with two of my adult children for snowboarding. Condo had everything I needed. I especially liked the thermostat in every room - very comfortable. The bus stop was about 100 meters from door to bus stop, with plenty of bus opportunities going/returning.

Ski trip

The property was in a great location, walking distance to the resort shuttle and to local breweries. The property was clean with a variety of cooking equipment and spices. Highly recommend for any ski trip!

Great skication

Great place to stay when skiing in winter park. Lots of windows with views of ski resort and continental divide Wood stove was nice feature. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation Review

Our family stayed 8 nights. This is an excellent individual condo that has been completely remodeled. The beds are awesome. The kitchen was excellently stocked. The TV and sound system made for a great touch. Our family had a blast in Winter Park and the surrounding towns. As stated, the dryer did not work. The one downstairs did not either. (someone had jammed something inside the machine)..So we had to do laundry downtown. That is your call it it is too much of an inconvenience. The overall condo complex is in a great location, however it is pretty dated and "run down." It is called Snowblaze.

We had a great time at Tim and Lisa's place. We had a couple mishaps that they resolved quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

We love Winter Park for it's Great Outdoors. Our favorite ski mountain combining a friendly, local feel with spectacular terrain. The hiking and mountain biking are world class and the town is laid back and unpretentious.
