About this property

ELVAGO Ideal for a family with 2, 3 or 4 children.

A 70 m single-family home outside the residential village, fenced and safe.
My place is 380 m from the beach (7 min walk). It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with glass, two terraces with a nice view, a stone barbeque, and 450 m2 outdoor flat with lawn and flowers, suitable for activities with children (soccer, volleyball, paddle ball, etc.). Public transport (stop) is 80 m away. There are also lots of toys.
The space
After swimming in the beautiful beaches of the area, guests can play with their children outdoors, dig and water the flowers and vegetables, barbeque and enjoy their evening on the terraces.
The main square of Georgioupolis is 250 meters away where there are restaurants cafes, bars, supermarkets, etc.

Other things to note
Georgioupoli the fishing village that has become a popular tourist destination with five-star luxury hotels and sandy beach is 10 km and 100 meters wide with shallow waters for the children and a windy beach (hut) when it winds.
