This is a great location, especially if you are going to ski. It is on the south end of Ketchum and is crazy easy to get to River-Run. The car will not even get warm. The place is warmly decorated and presented. The beds were great, water hot, and clean. It was efficient but not spartan in any way. It just got the job done in a comfortable and welcoming manner.

In town for a wedding

The condo was perfect for our needs. It is as pictured, very clean, and the furnishings were comfortable. It is walkable to downtown. Although the unit had a garage our rental (Suburban) would not fit which was only a minor inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again.

Very reasonably priced for a true prime location (close to Bald Mountain, Wood River Trail, downtown Ketchum...less than a 15-minute bike ride to Sun Valley Lodge). Beautiful Unit, Easy to Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen was fabulous and the water dispenser inside the fridge was so refreshingly cold! Having the bedrooms on two different levels allowed for privacy if desired. The management company was easy to work with and very nearby. Two things also mentioned in other reviews were the limited number of parking spots and traffic noise. We had no trouble getting a parking spot each night but we were there during the week in early June. It could be a problem in the busy season. The traffic noise was, however, definitely a problem. You cannot hear the traffic in the master bedroom, but in the other two bedrooms it is present virtually all night and is really noisy beginning around 6am. The complex is right on Main Street/Hwy 75. The place itself and the management company were fabulous but the traffic noise really lowered the quality of our stay.

The condo was nice, clean. Close to the Mountian. Walking distance to town. Check in and out was easy. Parking could be a problem but worked out for us.

The kitchen was well outfitted so it was easy to cook breakfast and a couple of dinners. This condo is three levels which we complained about after skiing but it was really fine! It is a short walk to town and a short drive to River Run. It was our second time booking a condo through Alpine Lodging...they do a great job!

No closets in the secondary, only a some drawers made it difficult to store clothes for a week. The windows also faced the main road going into town, not very quiet. The kitchen level bedroom only had drawer storage for clothing. Parking situation not very ideal with the homeowner car in the garage and very limited guest parking. There are only 6 visitor parking spots and several other town units within the area. Locations was amazing, really close to town and the unit itself was well kept.

One of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped with comfortable linens and beds. We walked into town several nights. Easy check in and out. Great location to explore all around Sun Valley/Ketchum!

Bald Mountain was not walkable, and public transit options were not clear. We ended up taking Uber to / from the mountain (not bad at $7 each way). Oven is not intuitive to operate. Great Nordic ski getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Worked very well for 5 adults. Clean, comfy, great location close to downtown - only downside was close proximity to Main Street/traffic noise, but it did not prevent us from getting to sleep :) Thank you for a GREAT stay!

Great location, close to skiing and restaurants

Very good place for our family of 5 (including 3 young adults). 5 minutes from River Run location for Sun Valley skiing. There’s guest parking which filled up once during the week. Bring your own laundry detergent. Otherwise, the place was perfect for our holiday ski week.
