Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

Wonderful beachfront vacation

The condo was beautiful—nicely furnished, kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, laundry in the condo was convenient, clean, great balcony furniture to enjoy the views and sound of the waves, the pool and grounds were well-maintained and grounds staff were fabulous! The condo was nice. Good location, clean and well stocked. The beach area in front of the condo was really nice as well. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, but other than that we would stay here again.

SPI Getaway

Lovely condo with amazing view of the Gulf. Roomy, tastefully furnished, comfortable, great location on SPI, with all necessary amenities, and then some. We would definitely return to this condo when we visit SPI again.

Wonderful

Wonderful place, very clean and spacious. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio. Pool and hot tub clean and very nice. Never crowded. Walking distance to most restaurants. We will be coming back.

An adequate beach case camp

Everything pretty much was as advertised. The biggest hiccup was the property not being cleaned yet upon arrival at 4pm. Other than that everything adequate for trips to and from the beach. Nothing really stood out memorable or unique.

It was perfect!

My hubs, myself and a good friend went to SPI for 5 days. The condo was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms each having a private bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, glasses and cookware that we needed to make breakfast and snacks. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the large balcony and a refreshing beverage there at night as well. The condo was super clean with lots of towels. We checked out the hot tub and it was lovely. Every morning the groundskeeper was out making sure everything was taken care of for the day. The location made it easy to walk to shops, dining and entertainment. We will definitely book Edgewater 403 again. Thank you!

SPI Vaca May - 2021

We had a wonderful time once again on SPI, you have a lovely home, thank you for sharing it with us. If I had to find something wrong with the place I’d have to say that the guest bedroom could use an upgrade on the beds. They were good but could be better. The one thing I hope changes soon is the fact that you can’t have guest over to visit if you already have 6 people in the condo. I had an extra 6 people staying in another place but they couldn’t come over because I had 6 people in the condo already staying with me.

Immaculate grounds, peaceful stay

Huge shout out to the groundskeeper of Edgewater who worked tirelessly to keep the grounds and pools immaculate. He was incredibly friendly, too. The condo was just as described, with awesome views and easy beach access and a lovely pool. The condo was quiet, even during a busy spring break week. I always value having a washer and dryer. There were beach supplies. A few things to make it 5++ stars: we couldn't find any hot pads/oven mitts. Some of the furniture, like the dining table and chairs, are showing some wear. A great stay and everyone had fun in the sun.

Well equipped condo, could have cooked thanksgiving dinner for 20 in that kitchen. Lot more welcome supplies than advertised, paper towels, coffee/creamer. Scouting 3 months winter stay for 21-22 season, this is definitely a contender.

The condo is right on the beach. The condo is perfect for a family of 5+. The master bedroom is so nice. The bed is too firm...my only complaint. It's great to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. The pool and hot tub at the condo are very nice as well.

Great property for a family or friends. Location is great with easy access to the beach. Umbrella and chairs were useful extras. Loved having a beach view and the condo was clean and well kept. I bit expensive with all the fees compared to the quoted daily rate.

Perfect size and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time visiting South Padre Island! The size of this condo was perfect for our family for four (which includes two teen boys) and the property is very well maintained. The only thing needing attention would be the carpet in the master bedroom. The balcony is large with plenty of seating and beautiful view of the beach! Very easy access to the beach also! Hope to come back soon!

We thought the property was perfect for our family of 3, and could’ve accommodated another family comfortably. Comfy king bed in master. Great views. Walked to dinner a few times. Enjoyed the heated pool. We’d definitely stay here again.
