WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our vacation home is specifically equipped to enhance your stay on South Padre Island. We have cable TV, HBO, DVD players, a reverse osmosis water filtration system, an in-unit washer and dryer, two ensuite showers, a private balcony with a breathtaking view, and heavy, study-like furnishings that delightfully contrast the bright, beachy sunshine streaming through our huge windows. You'll also love the community grill area, pool, hot tub, and tennis court areas. The family-friendly resort vibe is ideal for family and group vacations—a stay in our vacation home condo at Edgewater tics all the essential beachfront vacation boxes.

Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

Great Family Vacation

The property and location cannot be beat in my opinion. The room and property stay immaculate 24/7. Check-in was more than a breeze and we will definitely be back!

Paradise on Padre

This is by far the best vacation stay I’ve found! Extremely comfy and clean. The pics were what made me book, but honestly they don’t do this place justice! More breathtaking in person! Found where my family and I will be staying every time we come to S. Padre… thank you!!!

Beachin in South Padre

We had a wonderful 3 day getaway with our three teen daughters. The condo was just perfect for our family of five. The location could not be beat and was just a few steps to the beach. We loved loved loved the location. The private access was unbeatable. We enjoyed the sand, ocean and pool/hot tub. We will definitely be back!!!

We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t realize the property didn’t include beach gear, so we had to purchase a few things. Other than that, very comfortable beds, roomy living and kitchen areas, and excellent location.

Great Stay

The condo is just as nice as the pictures. The good part about staying in a smaller complex is that there are fewer people around, so the pool was never busy. Beach access was great and the balcony was ideal for taking my morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware/utensils/dinner ware. There is a market close by if you need to get food or other supplies. We had a great time.

Spring Stay

Property was nice, clean, with everything functioning. Bathrooms and bedrooms reflect modernization. AC unit was a little noisy when watching TV, but not a problem while sleeping. Nice beach access. If you eat in, you will need to bring everything you need for food prep(spices, butter, etc). We would consider this property again for future stays.

Beach vaca

Everything was as pictured. Place was very clean and secure. The weather was not great so we spent probably more time inside. Our only complaint was that the AC was so loud. Didn’t bother us in the bedrooms, but watching TV was not pleasant as we couldn’t hear part of the time and too loud the rest. Great location, just rotten weather.

Nice stay

Interesting that the review I sent to SPI has yet to be added to their site. The condo was very nice but there were some improvements that would have made our stay even more enjoyable; the provision of beach towels, chairs umbrella (we travelled from UK not easy to bring those with us). The balcony door also needs urgent attention, it could not be locked and was in very poor repair.

A very relaxing vacation

The condo is gorgeous, even more beautiful than in photos, recently remodeled, modern and yet cozy, love the lighting system. We found little nice notes from the owners with suggestions of where to find things, instruccions on how to use things, or inviting us to feel free to use something (as loundy detergent, condiments, etc, etc). The condo had everything, and I mean "everything" we needed as an umbrella, chairs, beach towels and even castle kits. The building had very good security at all times. Beautiful view to the beach and the pool from the living room and the main bedroom. My husband enjoyed very much the tv and sound system. Everything was perfect. The condo has a digital lock but has no lock from the inside and My only suggestion is a door chain, as my baby several times openend it from inside. Thank you very much Jodi and Peter! We hope to stay there again in the future.

Amazing Gem on Padre Island

What an amazing place! Clean, right on the beach, and located perfectly on the island. The condo was well equipped, and had an a/c that kept us perfectly cool during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The 3rd floor balcony overlooks the pool and beach, and is positioned perfectly to catch every sunrise with a cup of coffee in your hand. You won't be disappointed staying in this great condo!

Pictures don't do justice

Edgewater 302 is nothing short of perfect. The pictures in the listing do not do this place justice. The condo is immaclate in every way. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. Parking was a non-issue. Beach access is super easy. This is definately a top notch getaway property. We did lose water service for a few hours on our first day (this was the entire complex and not related to the individual condo) but it was fixed within 4-5 hours. The customer service seemed a bit overwhelmed during this time as we called to get a status of the repair but other than that our stay exceeded our expectations in every way.

Beautifully kept condo! Spacious and what a view!

My husband and I had a fabulous time at this condo! We sat out on the porch and enjoyed coffee every morning, and enjoyed cooking in the well furnished kitchen! Comfortable bed. We enjoyed watching the big TV from the couch while viewing the outdoors.

Beautiful condo

This was the cleanest condo I have ever rented. The property was spotless. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. Condo was stocked with everything you would ever need. The balcony had a perfect view of the beach. Great week at South Padre. Check out the Turtle Inc. Facebook page. We saw 3 rehabilitated turtles released back into the ocean off of the beach.
