Blue Tide is one of the most sought-after locations on the east side of 30A! With a large private beach, you'll always be in the front row! Just walk off the stairs from the beachside lower balcony onto the beach. This is one of the closest units to the private beach access stairs, so it doesn't get much better than that! Wait! Yes, it does! The pool is just steps from the front entry door. It's all about convenience here!
This tastefully appointed getaway provides a classic Tommy Bahama feel. The kitchen is well stocked with just about any pot/pan/utensil/small appliance you could need, including brand-new appliances. The 2 large balconies overlook the Gulf of Mexico with 180-degree, unobstructed views of the emerald green/blue waters. The building recently underwent a $2 million dollar exterior renovation! It's beautiful!
Blue Tide is located on the south side of scenic Highway 30A between Alys Beach and The Big Chill in Prominence. Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach are a short bike ride away and wonderful places to enjoy boutique shops and world-class restaurants.
We have no doubt you'll want to make this your annual family beach trip home base!
To top it off, we cover the cost of beach service for 2 (2 loungers, an umbrella, and a table) for reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day! That means not lugging beach gear twice daily or getting up early to hold your spot. Everything is set up for you every morning and taken down every afternoon. Just show up whenever you'd like and it will be waiting for you!
No need for a golf cart (they are not allowed here or in most areas around us), there are loads of shops and restaurants only a short bike ride away! Other nearby areas include Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seagrove, Seaside, and Watercolor!

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES:
The 1920 square foot, multi-level retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. You'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bathroom on the main level. One story up houses 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The top story is where you'll find the quaint sleeping loft. This unit feels like a private townhouse!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Primary Bedroom: King bed + twin Sleep Number bed, and ensuite bathroom with 2 separate sink areas.
Guest Bedroom: King Sleep Number bed + twin bed

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone age 27 or older, and this person must be among the guests occupying the unit during the reservation. Blue Tide is a family-friendly, quiet area.
- For health reasons, this is a non-smoking/non-vaping environment, including the balconies. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter the home.
- No pets. We're sorry! Our association does not allow guests to bring their fur babies and the owner of this home is allergic to pet dander. Thank you for following our community rules.
- This unit is not wheelchair accessible. 1 flight of stairs must be navigated to access the unit's main living area.
- NOTE: All entrances are monitored by cameras (no audio) for safety purposes.
- NOTE: The main guest will be required to complete a reservation agreement, including agreeing to house rules before receiving access instructions.
- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!
