Excellent flat, located in front of Ponta Negra beach, with 32m2 of private balcony and sea view also from the internal rooms.

It has a basic kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and household utensils.
Dining and living room with 01 double sofa bed (the type that has a normal mattress).
 02 bathrooms with hot showers, cable TV, wi-fi and air conditioning (split).
Room 01 King box bed.
Accommodates a maximum of 04 guests already including children if any.
Condominium has swimming pool, gym, gourmet space (optional breakfast service and others paid separately), wi-fi, sauna, closed parking and 24 hour reception.

There are extra fees if you request cleaning or bed and bath linen changes in addition to those already included in the requested period and cleaning fee if you request the use of the barbecue)

Ponta Negra

Atendeu parcialmente a expectativa. As acomodações são como descritas. A varanda é ampla, o visual é bonito, perto da praia de Ponta Negra, Morro do Careca. A topografia do local tornou_se cansativa para fazer compras, o que não tem nada a ver com a estadia. Apesar do flat ter a opçao do café da manhã temos o hábito de fazer nossas refeições e por isso faltaram itens essenciais para a nossa estadia, a saber uma cafeteira, liquidificador, uma jarra para refresco e vasilhames plasticos. Recomendo o imovel mas para estadia mais longa seria bom que esses itens fossem providenciados. O ar condicionado necessita de reparo.

Estivemos hospedados no flat no período de carnaval e ele é exatamente como nas fotos (perfeito), super confortável e aconchegante, a varanda é bem espaçosa e tem uma vista maravilhosa, a localização também é muito boa, perto de tudo que é necessário!!! Os funcionários foram todos muito atenciosos e prestativos, a proprietária nem se fala, respondeu todas as minhas dúvidas e me atendeu com muita simpatia e atenção...
