Everything was amazing. Spencer was extremely accommodating and we were very happy to have a pet friendly option for our 20 pound pup. House was nice, clean and felt like we had all the options as if living at home. If needed again, we’d definitely be back!

Nice place in Martinez. Very accomdating host who was easy to get in touch with. Comfortable beds, TVs in each bedroom plus living area. Close to downtown for restaurants, etc. Only comment is the kitchen could use a few more pots, frying pans, etc.

Nice house- clean and comfortable, good location close to town and we felt safe there. I would suggest dimmers on the kitchen & dining room lights (too bright!). We were able to bring our 2 dogs (a big ) but our older arthritic dog had a hard time managing the rather steep yard! All the rain we had added to the problem. Host was quick to respond to garbage issue. Overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property owner/manager was highly communicative and pleasant. The house was clean, well-maintained, and tidy. We especially loved the backyard setup, it was charming and inviting, with the lemon tree adding a delightful touch.The neighborhood was very quiet, which made us more mindful of our surroundings. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Great house!

This is a great house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Interstate, close to restaurants and grocery store. Kitchen had everything we needed. Super cute too!

Very nice neighborhood and views

I loved that it was in a older established neighborhood. The house was remodeled, exceptionally clean and everything including furnishings were new.It was fenced in for my little doggie to do her business. The weather was fabulous and the neighborhood was quiet.

Adequate house with fenced yard for pets

We were glad to find a pet friendly property that was available near Christmas time, even though our pet ended up not coming with us. There was a cute, fenced yard with a lemon tree that our dog would have enjoyed if he had been there. The location is convenient and quiet, but directly across from a junkyard. That being said, the house is just adequate. Check in and check out were easy. The house was not very clean - light fixtures very dirty, rugs need cleaning, some hair and dirt in corners. The bathtub drain was clogged, and the hot water wasn't working in one of the bathrooms. The owner was very responsive and quick to repair both. The thermostat was set to a weird program that couldn't be changed, so the temperature was rarely comfortable. The kitchen was nice, but not well equipped. I feel bad leaving this review because the host was quick to answer messages and pleasant to deal with. More attention to amenities and cleanliness would add stars to future reviews.

I’m sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay didn’t meet your expectations, especially regarding cleanliness. We’ve since addressed these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure a higher standard for future guests. I also appreciate your patience as we resolved the issues with the bathtub drain and hot water. Regarding the thermostat, it was in Eco mode and could have been adjusted to Heat for a more comfortable setting. I’ll make sure this is clearly noted in the welcome instructions for future guests. Your comments about the kitchen amenities are helpful, and I’ll look into making improvements there as well.
