This was a unique and beautiful property. My family and I used it as basecamp to go explore the San Francisco area. Our hosts gave us a warm welcome and most of the items we needed were provided on-site.

Bohemian Paradise

This was such a fun place to stay at, with settings all around the property to hangout. The patio area was especially great with various seating areas to enjoy outside. It would be ideal for a summer party place. The family enjoyed it!

Wish the stay had been longer

We rented this property for out of state guests. They had so much fun there. The house is cute, the furnishings were amazing and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have picked a better place. We will be back!

Amazing place -amazing hosts

Ruby and Rob are excellent hosts. They are there if you need them, but they provide privacy during your stay. Benicia First Street is a nice place with plentiful shops for tourists, and fairly walkable (from this property) if you don't have a car.

Beautiful place & great host

This was a great getaway for us. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to downtown Benicia. The hosts were very responsive and available. The house is an incredible space of art and culture and the kitchen is amazing - more equipment and supplies than I've ever seen!

The owners live on the property in a separate home, and they are the most beautiful, creative human beings. They have created such a warm, welcoming, amazing space for others to enjoy. This is such a magical place, and we loved it so much! From the moment you step onto the porch, you feel like you've been transported to somewhere new and exciting. It's not just the decor, it's the energy of the space.If you're NOT a welcoming to ALL, open-minded, and down to earth person, this place is NOT FOR YOU!However, if you love life, welcome ALL without judgement, and appreciate people and places with character, this space is exactly what you're looking for. We kept discovering so many beautiful eccentric details throughout the house. There's so many layers to this home and each one will leave you a little more in awe.A week later, my friends and I are still talking about our stay. Calm and relaxing

We enjoyed the calm and relaxing nature of the house and its surroundings. The owners were next to us and they expedited our check-in and offered us a late check out if we needed it. They were very kind and easy to communicate with.

A wonderful paradise!

I was greeted by the owners who were gracious and kind. Each piece of furniture in this house has a story, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. You are within walking distance of the marina and beautiful Benicia with several cute restaurants, pubs, and cafes to sample. The kitchen is fully equipped and they even supply goodies to make smores. Thank you for this wonderful weekend getaway!

Gorgeous, clean, and unique home with amazing hosts!

This property is nothing short of spectacular, and it looks great in photos, but even better in person. The attention to detail and cleanliness was beyond, and the hosts were beyond hospitable. I was staying here for my wedding as a getting ready location with my bridesmaids, and they set up banners, champagne and glasses for all of us. We had everything we needed and more for 6 of us!

Family Trip

We were in town for my grandma’s celebration of life, and we have been to Benicia many times but have always stayed with family. This time there were too many of us so we decided to rent a house and this was the perfect space. The decor is amazing and every little detail is thoughtfully considered. Ruby and Rob are so friendly and accommodating and truly go above and beyond. We absolutely loved the outdoor space and spent all afternoon gathered with extended family for such a special visit. Would highly recommend this gem.

Cousin Reunion

4 fabulous ‘seasoned seniors’ gathered at the Bohemian beautiful bungalow for an incredible long weekend of laughing, sharing and remembering. We could choose from the long kitchen table, or the lovely table on the inviting deck, or even a gathering of Adirondack chairs in the flower garden . It won’t be the last time we visit this jewel !

Great stay for our girl's trip!

We loved our stay here! The hosts are super friendly with the most creative interior design touches, making this an unforgettable stay! The house was very cozy, clean, and had beyond everything we needed. It was a simple drive to Napa Valley and other surrounding towns & attractions. The wifi in the house didn't work so well, so we didn't have as much phone service as we thought (probably for the best) but everything else was perfect! I'd recommend this place to anyone. We were a group of 3 girls, but could have comfortably fit 1 or 2 more. We hope to be back!!

Both Evolve and the homeowner immediately responded when you reached out with your concerns, and we do not believe that claiming that someone stole your property while you were at the home is fair. After a thorough inspection, we can confirm that there was no forced entry and the locks are still secure. You also let us know that the other valuable items that were left in the house, including expensive electronics, were not taken or even moved. We tried to assist you with your options moving forward, and the owner will continue to keep an eye out in case the watch was misplaced somewhere at the property.
