Needed a place for our kids & grandkids to stay for the weekend while celebrating my father-in-laws 90th birthday. The house was the ideal spot for them to stay close by all the activities with plenty of space, great amenities and fantastic outdoor space - We'll be back!!!!

hi Kenney. very nice stay. my only suggestion would be to put some kind of window covering or blinds in the kitchen window as the sun shines directly in your eyes while doing dishes and such.

Quiet, clean and safe space

The house is well appointed and newly remodeled. It is clear that Kenny takes great pride in his property and makes sure that rules of the house are clearly communicated. We appreciated the central location between Walnut Creek and Clayton, and proximity to everything we needed. It's close to food, shopping, grocery, etc.. The only hiccup we felt was the check out time listed in the profile and house rules we read upon arrival. Kenny worked with us to make sure that we were able to leave the home in good condition. We loved this space!

This is a dishonest review that was left in retaliation. This guest accidentally broke multiple items and we simply asked for reimbursement totaling $150. We even provided video evidence of them damaging our property with their car and receipts to fix it - proving we weren't making an unsubstantiated claim. As you can tell from all our other reviews, you can expect a 5 star experience during your stay.
