We offer you our independent free standing home with modern European accents, located downtown Puerto Vallarta, close to the well known beach 'Playa Camarones' and the famous 'Malecon', Puerto Vallarta´s always busy city beach promenade.
Within minutes of walk you come to shops, the local fish and fruit market, restaurants, bars, beaches, parks. You reach the local sports stadium in 10 minutes walk.

Enjoy the private solar heated pool, the private outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 persons, the large sun decks, partly covered, a tranquil common lounge area in front of the pool and many more amenities our property has to offer for you, shared with nobody else!
Our exquisite home has it all on 3,900 square feet of living space: Panoramic views, a gourmet kitchen, A/C throughout, a remote controlled indoor garage.

WiFi all over the property with up to 130 MB/s.

Living room: 55" 4K Smart TV, cable TV with some channels in English (f.e. CNN, FoxNews) and streaming services, sound system with BlueTooth.
All bedrooms: 32" flat TV with some English channels

We will ask for a surcharge for more guests than 4, in total up to 10 guests.- This will automatically be calculated when you enter the number of guests.
For more than 6 guests we can install a queen size airbed at one of the bedrooms and/or we can install 2 twin size beds at a common area.
We have a cot for small kids and a kids high chair.

Please note the house is up a small hill which does provide a beautiful view but also means that the street is steep for one small block walking. If you know Puerto Vallarta at all, this is pretty common as the hills are one of the attractions. For those who drive, you have your own fully secure indoor garage for parking.
Also taxis, UBER, inDrive and bus fares are very cheap.

We suggest you purchase trip insurance on your own to cover personal possessions and any complication you man encounter on your trip.

AIR CONDITION. We have minisplit A/Cs for every room.
Electricity is very expansive in Mexico. We have a seperate electric meter only for the A/Cs and we include 30 kWh per day into our daily rental rate, what is good for to use at the bedrooms at night. Please note we will charge you at check out for higher consumtions with 0.25 USD / kWh.
