Welcome to "C2 Shining Sea", a fabulous coastal-themed getaway that offers a unique 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat.

This completely renovated (2024) oceanfront condo is an ideal option for your vacation rentals, with a minimum stay requirement of just 2 nights.

Included in renovation: NEW kitchen, kitchen island, pantry, cabinetry, quartz countertops, bathrooms, step in shower, all flooring, paint, fixtures, interior doors, HVAC, smooth ceilings, bedding, mattresses, and lighting.

The condo sleeps 8, with a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.

Immerse yourself in the coastal ambiance as you relax in the comfort of this thoughtfully designed space. The condo features a stylish interior and breathtaking ocean views, making it a perfect backdrop for your getaway.

Enjoy the convenience of walking across the dunes and onto the sand!! Take a refreshing dip in the community pool. Located in charming Ocean Isle, this residence offers not just a place to stay, but an experience of coastal living at its best.

C2 Shinning Sea was exactly as shown. Very clean, updated with excellent accommodations and amenities. Beach view was perfect on the balcony. Location was close to pier and restaurants . We will stay here again.

Our hosts were wonderful. They did a great job of communicating with us before check in and were very responsive. The condo was very nice, clean, cozy and at a great location. Quick access to the beach and a great view. Their recommendations for food were super helpful. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Susan & Matthew were very responsive. This condo was a perfect spot, right on the beach. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location for a wonderful stay on OIB beach!

Great stay

Our stay at the condo was great! The check in process was very easy and everything was very clean. They had so many amenities and extras for use which made it easy to stay in and cook. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to all questions and concerns.

The hosts were wonderful! Great communication and easy to connect to. The condo was perfect. Comfortable beds, great decor, everything you need for a at home feel was provided. The best part by far, the view. It’s the most perfect view of the ocean with comfortable seating to have a cup of coffee or breakfast while watching the sunrise.

Great view and condo

The condo is beautifully updated and was perfect for our family. The view of the beach was fantastic and the location on the island was perfect for our other family members in houses near by. If you’re thinking about spending your vacation here, you shouldn't wait and book it!

This was our second visit to this property... Susan is very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent location, convenient to activities and shopping. Private beach access with a big deck next to the pool. The condo layout is perfect for a family, super clean and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen. Beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom and balcony.

We travel a lot - this place was way above & beyond typical rentals!

Can't say enough great things about our stay. Most impressed with all the little extras that were included. Things like towel racks in each bedroom, hampers, well stocked kitchen with quality stuff, even the Charmin tp!!! Beautifully decorated & very comfortable. Hosts were super responsive. All around probably the best rental we've had across VRBO and the other popular travel platform

Perfect location and accommodation

We stayed at here in July, and this condo right on the beach was perfect for the 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 children ages 7 and 9. We enjoyed the quiet location on the beach, and the pool was a plus. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and bedrooms comfortable. The beach toys were great and we appreciated having the shibumi for shade. All in all, it was a wonderful spot for our vacation, and we highly recommend this property.
