Location is great, fairly walkable even with the hills. Pretty clean, only downside was the noise transfer between guests was noticeable, though not extreme.

The shared area was messy the whole time, even though it didn't seem like anyone used it. But our room was clean and just what we needed. The parking wasn't ideal but it wasn't too hard to find a spot most days we were there. Would definitely stay again for the price.

The property was close enough to walk to where I needed to go (South Lake Union), was clean and quiet. The common area was clean and well maintained. I'm very likely to stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

Fairly good value for the smaller bedroom/bathroom accommodation. (Says “spacious” on-line) Not overly clear on the description of a shared living space/kitchen but my bad. (In owners other property on VRBO, a much clearer description of what the property entails) When they say “shared” amenities, it means pretty much everything, including an iron, which would’ve been helpful to know as I had to wait until the next day to be able to use one. Room was very clean, a chair in the room would have been a nice addition. Portable AC worked well. Vince was very communicative when contacted, and had a nice on-line welcome info guide. Street parking only. Nice neighborhood.
