This is one of the larger 4 bedroom floor plans you will see on the Balboa Peninsula. A perfect location to spend your days at the beach and your nights enjoying sunsets.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: In accordance with Newport Beach Municipal Code 5.95.045 the minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and the guest of age must be present and reside in the unit for the duration of rental. Each reservation requires a completed guest portal which includes ID verification and a signed rental agreement.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 2 Single Car Garages - Tight Alley, Large Vehicles Will Not Fit. A 3rd Vehicle (Compact) might fit behind the garages, if within yellow property line.

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, etc.
