Sea 4 Yourself! Experience St Simons Island at our newly renovated and decorated ocean view condo (Unit #317) at The Beach Club. Beach Club offers lush gardens, pools, hot tubs, tennis, and fitness room, with the ocean just steps away! Enjoy a full kitchen with granite and marble surfaces, custom cabinets and stainless appliances or try out some the well known restaurants within walking distance! Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or enjoy a bike ride on one of the bike paths that cover the island. Living room has a fresh new decor with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen tv.
Unit 317 has a master bedroom with king size bed (new matress), hardwood floors, and plenty of extra room to watch tv or read a book. The master bath boasts brand new travertine shower, granite countertops, dual sinks, and soaker tub. Second bedroom has two twins, with flat screen tv. Full second bath with new tile and modern storage vanity. Each bedroom and living room have sliding door access to the balcony with an ocean view. Store your extra beach clutter in generous bedroom closets or entryway storage area. Convienent washer and dryer in unit! Extra ammenities include free wifi, cable tv, dvd player, bike racks, and covered and secured parking. This property does not allow trailer parking.

Pool was good when the weather cooperated! We tried to get the ocean but the weather wasn’t great. Quite a walk to get there and had to walk through standing water. The room was great! We had to spend more time there than we wanted but we made the most of it. The mattress in the master room was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life. Kudos to that mattress!!!!

The condo was beautiful and they had everything you would need! The owner was helpful and communicative and we had no trouble checking in or out. The parking is great too. Super comfy bed. You can see the ocean and the pool from the porch and it’s a beautiful beach. It’s also great that all the rooms are accessible to the porch. Loved our stay and would love to stay again!

St Simons

Cozy little condo that was perfect for what we needed. Our almost 2 year old loved the soaking tub, as well as the 1ft pool. It was quiet and close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Great long weekend without the kids

We were hoping for a relaxing weekend without the kids, at one of our favorite places. This condo exceeded our expectations. Had to contact the owner once, and he responded quickly. Direct access to the beach. Check-in was a breeze. luggage carts available to help get luggage in. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Comfortable and well located Well located property

We enjoyed the comfort of this unit at the Beach Club. Great amenities, nice pool, two hot tubs and on the beach. Luggage carts made it easy and parking was plentiful. Close driving distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet and beds were comfortable. Thank you!

Beach fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Kiddos loved the pool and hot tubs! I appreciated that the property was gated. Facilities provided everything we needed to enjoy more time having fun and less time on the road! Although fresh seafood is a must!

Nice, bright and beach front

Very clean and cute condo with hotel like amenities. The luggage carts are great for getting everything back and forth quickly. The kitchen is also well equipped when you feel like staying in. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway!

We had a group of 4 ladies that wanted to have a relaxing getaway for the weekend. This condo was perfect for us! We had one guest who is handicap and this location was perfect for her! We are hoping to be back next year!

Great condo

Everything was great - Ralph Lauren Linens and Mikasa China sort of sums up the condo with great views and balcony. The walk to the beach was a little disappointing since we had to go through water and vegetation to reach the beach which was a good ways out.

Spring Break

A great place to stay. Nice kitchen equipped with everything. Beds were comfortable. A very short walk to everything! We loved Fiddlers and walking the pier at night for sunset views. We will be back.

Great location, friendly host

The condo was so close to everything. Easy parking and walk to the beach. The master was very comfortable and the second room worked so well for our two children. They loved the hot tubs after the beach (too chilly in November for the pool). We’ve never been contacted by a host after our stay, but what a nice touch!

Beach Club Beauty

Our Beach Club condo stay was delightful. There was some question as to whether the power was back on after hurricane Helene’s damage, but the owner, Josh, was very helpful in keeping us updated. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We had to walk through hip-deep water to get to the beach, but this was probably due to the hurricane. We should have used the beach access at Massengale Park next door. We thoroughly enjoyed the islands and would highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful family vacation

This was our 4th year visiting St. Simons and 3rd year at The Beach Club. This unit had everything we needed and very clean. Owner was quick with communication. There were a few lights with burnt out bulbs and last day we were there fire alarm in building went off for hours starting very early in the morning. Parking spots are extremely tight which made getting in/out difficult at times. Overall it was a great place and we would love to come back!

Coming Back!!!

This property is in a great location on St. Simon and the unit is very clean. The Beach Club building as a whole is dated but the condo itself is updated. The owner’s communication is ridiculously great! He answered any questions we had before and during our trip. Mr. Parker even checked in during our week to make sure all was well and offered us fresh tomatoes from his garden. This was our first time to St. Simons we will be back and hopefully book this unit again with him. We are from Kentucky and people say we are some of the friendliest people. St. Simons was like home, we didn’t meet a local that wasn’t friendly.

Nice condo with some issues

The condo was nice but upon arrival we told the owner we were early and that they had already cleaned our room and asked for an earlier checkin. He checked but they said there were some issues with the condo that it needed be inspected. So we had to sit in the car for 2 hours in a horrific storm. What makes me mad is that the room was not cleaned nor inspected well. The room with the twin beds the beds were made but not washed. There were shells all in the beds. So we had to wash the sheets. The head board is broken in the twin bed near the closet. Then the sofa bed had no sheets. We had to use a blanket for the bottom sheet and thank goodness we had brought blankets for the top. There was only a half bottle of small soap so we had to buy more. The wine opener was broken so we bought and left a new one. Besides that the location was nice and the size of the condo worked well. I am just made that we had to stay outside in a horrific storm for no reason because the room was not cleaned properly and was not inspected. Josh was great about communicating with me and should be notified that housekeeping is not doing there job.

We are a family of three from West Virginia. A teacher and x-ray tech who longed for a warm climate and sand between our toes. We first came to the island in May 2011 for our 10th anniversary. Our dream was to one day live at the coast. God blessed us with the opportunity to purchase 317 and in August 2011 we made our first step toward realizing our dream. Exactly one summer later we moved to St Simons permanently. We still can't believe that we live, love, worship, and work in South Georgia where snow never needs shoveling and our winter coats are about the only items left unpacked. We're anxious to share our little piece of paradise and look forward to hearing that you enjoy it too!
