Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to offer Shipwatch #307 as our newest addition at Shipwatch which is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront residence.
The Shipwatch community is located on St. Simons Island on a desirable stretch of beach between Massengale Park and the historic Coast Guard Station. Shipwatch has been a favorite family destination for many years. And with just 52 residences, Shipwatch is a quiet community for weekend getaways or a comfortable snowbird destination during coastal Georgia's mild winter months.
Each vacation rental residence features two bedrooms, two full baths, a combined living, dining, and kitchen area and a private balcony.
Shipwatch #307 is located on the top floor with a partial ocean view. The kitchen has been fully renovated with all stainless appliances. The living room and master bedroom have flat screen televisions and ceiling fans for your comfort.
Community amenities include boardwalk access to the heart of St. Simons' sand beaches, a swimming pool, large grass lawn and outdoor grills.
Shipwatch 307 also has it's own dedicated internet line for its guest convenience.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay!
