Butternut Palace-Pet Friendly-Sleep 6

Experience the coziness of our fully-furnished home on your upcoming stay! Freshly renovated, our 2BD/2BA residence is strategically located for convenient access to all that Clarksville has to offer. Boasting generous space for gatherings, it is a perfect option for families, work-related trips with team members, or a tranquil retreat. Please be aware of our additional guest and pet fees. We kindly request guests to refrain from smoking or vaping inside the house for the comfort of all.

We are pet lovers and want you to enjoy having your pets with you during your stay. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night for the first pet and $10 per night for each additional pet, but our max is $400 per month. Please let us know in advance if you are traveling with pets. No smoking inside of property.

Guest will have 24 hour access to the property by use of smart lock, each guest or group will have their own personal access code that can be used from check-in to check-out time, these codes are changed at the end of each reservation.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best, something it is not possible do to cleaning from the previous guest or for our next guest.

Guest do not have access to the garage.

We live in the are and are available 24 hours a day. Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems.

This is a very quiet and small community continually improving its' appearance. Although security or safety can not be guaranteed, this neighborhood has been very safe.

Clarksville has public transportation, Cabs, Uber, and Lyft if needed. We recommend you drive a car.

All our guest have access to entire house and will not share house with any other guest. It has all the luxuries of home, the Master bedroom has a full bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a large full hall bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans and smart Tv's. The Livingroom has a 55" Smart TV. There is ample seating with a full couch, love seat, and two chair. This home is located in a small community located mins from Ft Campbell. This beautiful little home is mins from, restaurants, Publix, and the Oak Grove Casino and Race Track.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay at this home. It had all the necessities plus some thoughtful touches for travelers. Clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet street. We also appreciated the excellent communication from the host. We would stay again!

perfect setting!

Perfect Setting for us and the 4 dogs while we waited to move into our new home. Quiet neighborhood, clean home and all the amenities we needed. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, they loved the room to run. Once we got situated we realized our new home was only 10 minutes away, so super easy to move our belongings without a long drive. Thank you to our hosts for the welcoming and relaxing environment. If you are looking for a reasonable and roomy spot for your next travel to the area, definitely book this location.

Very comfortable home in a great location!

Home was precisely as described but they failed to mention all the little extras like snacks they made available and necessities like toothbrushes that were stocked in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family friendly

The property was very clean and there was a binder with all the information you could need. The kids really liked the puzzles and snacks provided. The whole house was really well decorated and made it feel real homey. There was even a toothbrush in the restroom in case you forgot yours. We were in town to visit family and we are looking forward to going back.

Some areas to visit, Old Glory Distilling Co. and Beachaven Vineyards are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Dunbar Cave State Park and Cumberland River. Skyline Lanes and The City Forum are also worth visiting. Break out the clubs and hit the links with a golf course nearby, or seek out an adventure with cycling.
