Welcome to Old Town Retreat! This modern, cozy apartment has all the amenities for a great, stress-free getaway. Located in the heart of Plymouth’s Old Town Village- close to Ann Arbor/Detroit/Detroit Metro Airport. This newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom modern, stylish apartment features a brand new patio, open-concept kitchen, 65” ROKU TV w Netlflix, Peacock Premium, Amazon Prime + all of the essentials you need for a worry-free getaway! Perfect for couples, solo travelers or 2 besties!

This home is a duplex- you will have one unit entirely to yourself including your own private patio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, storage containers for leftovers, dish towels, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury Keurig that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee and teas to enjoy.

Bedroom:
We know sleep is important while traveling! The cozy bedroom contains a full size bed with a brand new, luxury memory foam mattress perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedroom features faux wood blinds + blackout curtains, a full length mirror, reading lamp, portable heater, newer AC wall unit, along with a walk in closet with shelves and hangers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board in the laundry room to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free.

Bathroom:
Newly renovated, stylish bathroom features a tub/shower and pedestal sink. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, Q-tips, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner.

Living Area:
The open-concept living area features a 65” ROKU TV with Netflix, Peacock Premium + Amazon Prime and a comfortable couch with accent chair and pouf. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. TV trays are provided if you like to watch a show while you eat, or there's a dining table with bench seating right off of the living area- perfect for playing the oversized Tic Tac Toe game!

Private Patio:
The home features a brand new, private porch right off of the entry way with seating and an end table- perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or nightcap.

Cute little place that had everything I needed. Listing was accurate, the house was clean and the host was easy to communicate with. Restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. I appreciated the extra blankets and heater. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

Home away from home!

This place was just wonderful! It was cozy and extremely clean. Had absolutely everything you needed to enjoy meals in and located closely to downtown to enjoy shopping and great food!The host was fantastic. We were late getting in and a situation occurred and we had to extend our stay. Felicia was very accommodating and communication was spot on throughout our stay!We will be back!

A great location for a few days away!

We were in town for a conference nearby so we did not get to explore this cute little town as much as I would like! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for a morning walk. Be mindful of the stairs to get to the VRBO. They could be difficult for some as they are steep.Aside from that, we had a great time!
