Cabana Del Mar or Cabana "Of The Sea", is a quiet cottage located about 12 miles down Fort Morgan Road on secluded Cabana Beach Road. The owners have recently updated the property with all new decking surrounding the upstairs and screened in porches. It has also been freshly painted throughout the interior of the home along with updated appliances.

Just a short walk or drive from the cottage takes you to the private parking area, directly on the private neighborhood beach with the smooth white sand beaches of Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan.  This area is known for being dog friendly and sparsely populated compared to the busy high traffic beaches of downtown Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.  This is where you come to spend lazy quiet days. Cabana De Mar is a quaint beach style home that is nestled among the oak treetops that surround it.  Spend time on one of two screened porches on all new freshly painted decking reading a book, playing cards, or enjoying a meal.  It seems a breeze is always blowing here so an afternoon nap will always be in play.

Inside you have room to spread out or divide up as there are 2 separate living areas.  Upstairs in the main living area with a large eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked and ready for just about any meal you are ready to cook.  Upstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a large living room with plenty of seating and a pullout sofa.

Downstairs through a separate entrance is a private but smaller living space that has a bedroom with a king bed and a common area with a 2 twin beds and an open kitchen and yet another full bath.  This is an area for a second family to stay or perhaps a getaway spot for your older kids to have their own private space if the parents dare to let them spread their wings a bit.

There is also a laundry area downstairs with a full-size washer and dryer for all to share. Outside there is a refreshing outdoor shower for washing off all the salt, sand, and sweat from your play day in the sun.  You can rest and relax outside in the shade of the oak trees or strike up a fire in the large brick cooker pit and prepare your home cooked steaks or your fresh catch of the day.  There is room to park several cars as well as a smaller boat if you decide to bring yours from home.  There is lots to do here and lots of room to explore at this nature lover's getaway.
