Enjoy a spectacular ocean view from the moment you open the door! Wake up to watch the sunrise from your king sized bed. Enjoy coffee on a spacious balcony with a view for miles. The full kitchen offers everything you need should you wish to cook. The living area offers an open up couch, dinette for meals and large screen TV. When ready for outdoor relaxation enjoy the 2 pools equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Move a few steps closer to the ocean onto the private beach and enjoy the cabanas, swings and chairs which are included with your reservation. Choose to stay in or enjoy nearby restaurants, nightclubs, entertainment, gift shops and special events. Famous Flagler Avenue is less than 1 mile away.

What a lovely oceanfront unit! Steps from the beach, steps from both pools, beautiful sunrises both from balcony or down at the waves. Bed was comfy, and the living room furniture too. Delightful to be there in its bright and clean condition. Love the lock entry. The complex was clean everywhere we went and with a helpful staff! Great relaxing vacation and easy to walk to everything in charming downtown New Smyrna Beach!

Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy access to the pools and the beach. Close walk to Flagler avenue and other shopping locations. Property staff were very friendly at check in and throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

New Smyrna Beach is a favorite location of ours, since we have been retired in Florida for 15 years. Easy access to Daytona and Orlando.

View as great! Condo as always was stocked with everything we needed and more. Shower was outstanding with plenty of towels. Clean, relaxing, and bed was comfortable. The chairs on balcony were great! We love staying here. Host is very responsive with answers to all our questions.

Room was exceptionally clean. Check in was a breeze. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Beach views and access were exceptional. Full size kitchen was a plus. Shower had good water pressure. Sea turtle decor was cute and inviting. Ceiling fans were awesome. We loved the balcony chairs that were high enough to see over the railing to watch the dolphins. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was in immaculate condition. It was even nicer than advertised on Vrbo. The views from the large balcony were amazing. Communication with the owner was great. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest to improve this unit or our stay. I only hope this is available when we plan our next trip to New Smyrna Beach!

It is always fun to walk Flagler Avenue. The bars on this strip may have entertainment at any time of the day. There are several restaurant choices and unusual gift shops. At various times throughout the year there could be parades or wine walks. A short ride will take you to Canal Street with more of the above!

The Sea Turtle Penthouse has such an amazing view! The balcony is private and spans the length of the living area and bedroom. The condo has been newly renovated with a King size bed and an open up couch. Nothing is missing in the well appointed kitchen. Two pools and the resorts' private beach are available for your enjoyment!
