REDUCED 2026 RATES - FIRST FLOOR FLAT 2 BED/2 BATH - STEPS TO POOL/BEACH

This ground floor, 2 bedroom/2 bath Shorewood offers all the comforts to make your vacation one to remember. This retreat is located on the ground floor overlooking the new pool complex. The living room area is spacious and includes ample seating and comfortable furnishings. A flat screen tv is provided for your enjoyment. The dining area has seating for 6. Sliders from the living room and master bedroom lead to your patio, the pool, and the ocean.

The master suite has a king-size bed and flat screen TV. The private bath includes a walk-in shower. The guest room features 2 double beds with access to the 2nd bath, to include a tub/shower combination. Both baths feature vanities with granite countertops and above counter sink bowls.

For those guests that like to stay in and entertain, the kitchen is fully stocked. Our villa has a no smoking policy. Shorewood villa complex has a no pet policy.

Sit out on our private patio and take in all the beauty that Hilton Head offers. Enjoy Hilton Head's world renowned beaches.

Shorewood is centrally located in the hub of Hilton Head. The pool complex has a zero entry pool, that is seasonally heated. Included is a hot tub and kiddie pool.

Biking is a must during your visit. Hilton Head has 50 miles of walking/biking paths that are nestled into the lush, natural landscape of lagoons, live oaks and palm trees. When booking, please ask about the discount for bike rentals that we have arranged for our guests.

In the heart of Hilton Head, the villa is within walking distance of morning coffee, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at Coligny Plaza. Relax on the beach, in the pool area, on your patio, or enjoy miles of beaches and bike trails.

Maximum (2) Parking Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. We recommend you purchase trip insurance.

Perfect Location

This condo was in the perfect location. Having a pool and being steps from the beach was great! I enjoyed being within walking distance of Coligny and a playground for the little ones. The condo was spacious and clean. We would definitely come back.

Very nice and clean unit right next to pool, beach, and Coligny Plaza. Easy walk to everything. Nice furniture in unit. Location is perfect for a small family looking for some fun in the sun.

We enjoyed the condo. Close to the pool and the beach. Easy secure access to gates and the pool was amazing. Lots of chairs to enjoy and several tables with umbrellas. Very clean facilities. Within easy walking distance to the tiki and just down from Sea Pines and coligny

Wonderful Shorewood condo

Our family loves Shorewood and this particular condo was located on the lower level which made it much easier when coming back and forth from the beach or the pool with young kids. Condo was very nice and the noise barrier inside the condo is surprisingly good when children are sleeping. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful condo

My family had an absolutely wonderful first. Our condo was the best ever. Perfect down floor location with step out access to the beautiful pool and beach. Condo was fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed. community was gated which made the property secure and also very quiet. A great place for a family . Deb was attentive and she checked in on us.

Not a single bad thing to say! We loved our stay! Location was perfect for everything. Right by the pool, short walk to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Loved the villa! Perfect amount of space for two adults and two 11 year olds! Loved the fully stocked kitchen! Closet full of beach chairs, toys and a foldable wagon! If you’re thinking about staying here- DO IT! You’ll be so happy you did! 😊

Short Stay

We cut our trip short because of Hurricane Debby. Being on the ground floor, we worried about flooding and weather warnings stating this storm to be an historic, catastrophic event. Communication with the property manager was poor, through we came to find she had a personal situation which prevented her from responding. Her substitute let us know through one email but never replied to subsequent emails. I would suggest that this property be updated, especially the plumbing in the showers and the wood rot in the master bedroom around the sliding doors.
