Just across the street from the beach , our home is the perfect , clean and retreat for those seeking a blend of comfort and nature. The large kitchen is, fully equipped for your culinary adventures. Unwind in the inviting living room or step out onto private balcony to savor breathtaking lake vistas.
Freshly painted throughout and updated with no carpet . Washer and dryer for your convenience inside the unit.
With 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bunk beds this condo accommodates families and friends alike. Enjoy the convenience of a beach within 3 minutes walking distance.
Located on the 5th floor, where covered parking and elevators are right there, just few steps away from the condo.
Also, the famous Pineapple Willy restaurant which has just been remodeled is next to it!

PARKING MAXIMUM OF 2 VEHICLES PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 21 OR OLDER, ONE TIME FEE OF $121 FOR WRIST BANDS AND PARKING PASSES FOR WHOLE STAY AND GROUP. This place was a very nice convenient place to stay. We were on the 5th floor which helped if we needed to take the stairs (which did happen a lot because the property only had two elevators at the area we needed to use that were on our side of condo- (and the wait times were the worst part of the whole thing.) We did figure out on day 4 that we could take the garage elevator and it had less floors to get to so able to get on it a lot sooner! Everyone on property was very friendly especially at the gate and the breakfast restaurant on site. The host was so quick to respond with any questions we had. Being right across the street from Pineapple Willy’s made getting to beach very convenient and easy privates access to the beach! Definitely would recommend this property to someone! I will say within the condo the master bedroom did get warmer at night, but once we went and got a fan it pushed it right into the room and we slept great!

This spot was so Amazing. The view was amazing. The place was so clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. With all the patio doors it had an Amazing breeze. This was a perfect place to stay for a Christmas vacation. The Host was also amazingShe always responded quickly ti any questions we had. Will definitely be back again.

Friendly host

Our stay was awesome. The place is beautiful with lots of space and everything we needed. The host also had two little gift baskets on the bar with all sorts of essentials.

Very spacious and clean! 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths and bonus - bunk bed cove. Comfortable beds. Excellent appliances. Great views of the strip. Some road noise. Huge wrap around balcony. Parking on the 5th floor of the parking deck is a must so you don’t have to wait for elevators. Or use the elevator inside the parking deck. Very convenient beach access and walking to gift shops & restaurants including Pineapple Willy’s. Excellent security all around the complex. Walmart across the street. A long drive to Pier Park area & back - not because of distance but heavy traffic.

The place is beautiful just like the pictures. The place has 3 full bedrooms and 2 bunk beds and a good sofa bed. The place was clean and comfortable. We use the stairs some times because that place gets busy.

This was a 3-week winter snowbird trip with two other couples. The unit was wonderful and well equipped for our needs. It was an easy walk across the street to get to the beach. The complex stated there were 2 pools that were heated and that definitely was NOT the case. The hot tubs were okay, if you prefer that instead of the pool. Also, it would have been nice to be informed prior to our arrival that the fitness center was shut down for repairs. Our host was very attentive and we would definitely rent this unit in the future!
