Amazing weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our group. The bedrooms were very spacious, backyard is gorgeous, and common areas comfortable. Andrea was easy to get in touch with when needed and she made sure we were all set up for the stay. Location was also great. Would definitely go back and stay at her home!

Awesome relaxing home

There were 5 adults. The home made us feel like we were at home and the property manager couldn’t have been more responsive or lovely. Absolutely recommend this!!!

Lovely stay

Beautiful cottage with a truly delightful garden and a very attentive host. Our family of 4 enjoyed the 4th of July weekend at this well located, thoughtfully stocked home with easy access to all local attractions. Our girls especially loved their time in the pool - lazing on the deck surrounded by the beautiful flowers and a canopy of trees - made for a magical stay.

Great House for Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our 2 week stay in Andrea’s house. The outside dining and pool areas are especially lovely for both adults and children. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for multiple cooks and washers to work together. Andrea responded promptly to our special requests and was always easy to reach and very helpful. We highly recommend Andrea’s house!

Perfect Getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time at Andrea's home. It was exactly what we needed after months cooped up in our own home. The house is larger than it appears from the pictures and there was plenty of room for our family of five. The pool was amazing - we all spent hours swimming and while we didn't need the heater most days - on the days/nights we did, it was great to have. The house was incredibly comfortable and came with just about everything you might need. Andrea was shockingly responsive - a few things came up and she responded within minutes and had folks over to fix items seemingly within the hour (even on a Sunday). Couldn't have asked for a better host. It was close enough to town to allow for restaurant pickup but in the backyard - it truly felt like a world away. We all gave it 5 stars and didn't want to leave!

Great stay

Beautiful place, 10 min away only from town and beaches. It is very quiet. The house was perfect for our small group of 8 friends and the garden is so peaceful. Andrea is a fantastic host, always available.

Simply Perfect

Even before we arrived, Andrea was the quintessential host, quickly replying to all of our inquiries regarding her home and everything "Hamptons". The property exceeded our expectations. In addition to being perfectly charming, the living room and outdoor space made it easy for the 6 of us to gather as a family. Everything was provided including pool toys, beach towels and lovely dinnerware for outdoor dining. We couldn't be happier.

Most Relaxing, Idyllic Stay in History!

Andrea has an impeccable home made for beautiful weekends spent relaxing and soaking up the sun and walking around town. Her home is a 3 minute drive from the town of South Hampton and the LIRR stop. The home is even more beautiful in person then it is on photos. It is decorated with so much taste that even on a rainy day you are happy to relax and restore inside! The house comes with pool toys, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and Andrea is easy to reach by phone and text. I highly recommend staying here and would stay again without a doubt!

Awesome house and backyard

I had never rented a house for a long weekend before and went into it a little apprehensive. However, that went away very quickly as Andrea was a fantastic host and the experience was lovely. Everything was super smooth and her home was everything she described it to be. The backyard was very spacious and the pool and patio was great to relax with a group. Everything about the home was nice, and the house and backyard was clean and ready to go upon on arrival. We had a family group of 7 and there was plenty of house for everyone to relax and have fun in, and town was very close by as well which was nice. Would recommend Andrea and the home to anyone.

Wonderful private getaway!!

Andrea's home was perfect for me and husband and my in-laws as a long weekend getaway. There were 6 adults and 2 young children in our group and Andrea's home had everything we could possibly want to wind down, spend time together, and enjoy the outdoors. Her home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. And the backyard was a dream! She has beautiful gardens, a well-manicured lawn and deck, and a wonderful pool. There was even a swing set for my niece! I highly recommend Andrea's home for anyone who wants a comfortable, clean, private, and lovely time away. Her home is also close to both the bay side beaches and the ocean side beaches and just a few minutes into town! Lastly, Andrea was very easy to communicate with and was very hospitable. Thank you for a great weekend! We hope to return!

Beautiful, Relaxing and Cozy

My family of 5 stayed here for a few days this summer. First off, I was so happy to find a house that would rent to us for only 3 nights AND pretty last minute. The house is pretty private, on a tree lined street. Beautiful, comfy furnishings, yet family friendly. Andrea was wonderful to work with and we'd definitely stay at this home again.

Overall Great Stay! Highly Recommended!

Listing is very accurate, I would say the property is nicer in person than in the photos. Everything was really clean and well maintained. The owner is was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. She was a pleasure to deal with before, during, and after our stay. I have already recommended the property to few friends and family. Its not in the listing but if you have small kids there is a swing set and the owner puts up a safety fence around the pool.

lovely spot

this is a charming house. well situated. i went with my mother, sister, brother and law and two squirmy children. plenty of space. the pool was DELIGHTFUL. it is large with a shallow and deep end. the house is beautifully appointed-lots of cheer and a ton of natural light. we went to towd point beach and saw the endangered pipiing plovers. we drove further up the bay and went to the the Elizabeth Morton wildlife preserve. breathtaking!. also to recommend-bring home some cracked lobster from Clammans. Finally, i really recommend Sag Harbor as a day trip. The Customs house museum there is really remarkable. Plus Sag Harbor is full of history. Watermill is a great central location and this house is peachy. By the way Andrea the owner was gracious, helpful and had many terrific suggestions.

Beautiful house and property!

I loved every minute of this get- away weekend at this wonderful house! Location is perfect- great inground pool, fully equipped kitchen, most comfortable beds, gorgeous flowers. I was able to bike ride to town and the beach and also past some polo grounds. Scenery magnificent. I lounged in and by the pool and showered outside. What a treat! I would definitely recommend this spot!

A Repeat Vacation

I have stayed in this home several times. I call it the Sorbet House because of the warm soft colors it is decorated with. The house is immaculate and set up with the most comfortable sleeping spaces and living space. Beaches are nearby if you ever want to leave the right out your door pool area. Also important, you are close by to each of the Hamptons towns so you can explore the restaurants and activities. The house is 2 minutes off the highway, but set in the back roads so you can enjoy some beautiful country walks or bike rides.
