What a Gem! - It is a charming, well appointed, light filled, newly built Coastal Cottage!
This two bedroom retreat is just two blocks from both the beach and bay. It offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. In addition there is a covered porch for morning coffee and the sunrise as well as a rooftop deck for sun bathing and enjoying the sunset.

LINENS AND CLEANING ARE INCLUDED! We simply ask that you leave the home in the condition you found it.

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED

Adorable Beach Cottage

We had a very enjoyable stay at this cottage in Stone Harbor. The cottage was just right for two and the location was great. It was clean, cute and cozy.

This is a charming cottage in a great location. Everything is geared to a successful stay- hooks in all the right places, plenty of lights, all the conveniences of home in one small package. There is a beautiful beach a short walk away. Host is friendly and available. Enjoy, we did!

Everything about the property was very good very clean. The host was very accessible lived right down the street. The only thing I would say is the bathroom is a little smaller than we we would have liked.

My wife and I loved our stay! It was our first time to Stone Harbor and we were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary. Roger gave us amazing recommendations for nearby places. The walk was short to the beach, the cottage was quaint and clean. Everything you needed for a few night stay they provided and the communication was impeccable. Thank you Roger for an amazing few days and we look forward to visiting again!

Short last minute stay

My husband and I took a quick last minute trip to meet up with my parents in Stone Harbor. Was super surprised to find this gem last minute in July. This little cottage has everything you need, well stocked on all the little details, and very well kept.

This tiny little cottage is adorable and what a location! On a quiet little lane, and a very short stroll to the beach. It is very small, especially the miniature shower, but we considered it to be a good value for the money in bougie Stone Harbor. The queen sized bed was comfortable for two people and one other person could fit on the little fold out couch. Rodger was very responsive and helpful via text and he was quite proactive about making sure the air conditioner was adequate for a hot August weekend! Great host! Lovely porch for enjoying the evening breeze and watching the bunnies hop around.

Great cottage. Loved our stay there. Highly recommend it. Its small, but has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and good to talk to. The cottage is in good shape, considering that it's from 1915. Air conditioner worked well. The included linens were nice and happy to have that to avoid lugging sheets and towels to the house. The house has 2 beach chairs and a boogie board out back. There is a small loft, that is good for an adventurous kid. Use a fan to cool it off. There's a shower inside and outside. Looking forward to our next stay.
