Enjoy a peaceful stay at this marvelous 2-bedroom 2-bath cabin in beautiful Linville Land Harbor. It is surrounded by tall trees, rhododendrons, and cedar trees. The soothing ambiance of this cozy retreat will instantly put guests at ease. Diablo Peak is a cute cottage getaway in the amazing community of Linville Land Harbor. The amenities include (to name a few) a heated swimming pool, sand beach, fishing, internet, cable TV, golf, tennis, pickleball, and hiking trails! It is at an elevation of 3600 feet, so mountain breezes and fresh air abound. It has 2 BR, 2 BA, a living room including a queen sleep sofa, kitchen, dining area, and a small deck with a grill, smoker, and gas firepit. There is a new Smart TV in the family room and in the master bedroom, for your viewing/streaming pleasure. The property has a long driveway that will hold a large RV with 50A electric hookups, along with plenty of parking for cars. The front yard features a fire pit with Adirondack chairs (kids-sized, too). There is a dog-friendly fenced-in backyard complete with a doggie door. The cottage is dated and will be refurbished next year. Please don't expect a sexy new luxury cabin. What you CAN expect is a clean, smoke-free, functional, warm, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the High Country at an affordable price!!!! Hurry up and book for the ski season, as we're filling up fast!

Good value stay in a nice location

We found the master suite, living room and outside to be nice (secluded lot in quiet, leafy neighborhood), but the guest suite and kitchen are dated (originally part of a mobile home, perhaps, as is the case for many properties at LLH). Everything was functional, clean enough, and the communication was good. It's not luxury, but why linger inside or pay extra when there is so much to do nearby - heated outdoor pool, lake, game room, social events and trails.

No concerns. Exactly as expected. Owners were a little slow in communicating check-in process but info came by noon. Next time, we'll stay longer to enjoy the pickleball, lake, & other location amenities.
