Measuring 350 square feet, Newpark's Standard Rooms feature a queen bed; a living room with gas fireplace, 32" flat-panel HDTV and queen sleeper sofa; wet bar with mini-refrigerator and Keurig brew station; granite/slate bathroom with radiant-heated floor, soaking tub, plush bathrobes and premium bath amenities. Standard Rooms comfortably accommodate up to four guests (suggest 2 adults, 2 children). These interior rooms do not have an exterior view, but receive natural light and airflow from a light well.

Quick Trip to Park City
We stayed in one of the "hotel" units which is a lock off from the condos. It was a great place to stay for a few nights while skiing in Park City. Great restaurants and other shops all within walking distance. It was a great stay!
