This unit is close to all the areas' amenities including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and so much more. This Newpark home is also just a few steps away from the Swaner Nature Preserve, and all of the hiking and biking trails this picturesque neighborhood has to offer.
The condo features two levels over 1,271 square feet. With two bedrooms and three bathrooms, this unit can easily sleep up to four guests.
Upon entering the condo from the garage or front door, you will enter the main living area with kitchen, full bathroom, dining area, and living room.
Living Room: Features plush, contemporary furnishings, cozy gas fireplace, and Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck, where you'll find a private hot tub with breathtaking mountain and nature preserve views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, spacious stone counters and plenty of prep room. There's seating for three at the kitchen bar. Drip coffeemaker and a Keurig.
Dining Room: Seating for four.
Shared Full Bathroom on Main Level: Tub/shower combo.
