Sea Watch 100 is a direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo located on the 1st floor. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 full and 1 twin in the 2nd bedroom, 1 full and 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 queen sleep sofas in the large living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, drip coffee maker, central air, 4 TV's, 4 DVD players, and free WiFi. Limit of 12 people. Parking for 2 cars. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Sea Watch has a five-story covered parking garage with no assigned spaces. Handicapped spaces are on every floor closest to the elevator. The clearance height is 7’. The is a vehicle registration fee of $75.00 cash or credit card per vehicle from May 1 through September 30. CONTROL# 0059991

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for a number of years now and we really like it. It is large enough to hold our 5 grandkids and four adults! The new table and chairs on the deck were a great addition as were all the rockers. The only thing I would like to see updated is the decor. If you didn't look out the windows you would never know it was a beach property. We will stay there again next year as our grandkids love the place. That is if they do not raise the prices to much. It has cost more every year we have stayed there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th year staying at the Sea Watch, and the 3rd year staying at Sea Watch 100. It is a beautiful condo, and we love it there. The Sea Watch has something for kids of every age to do. We definitely would love to stay at 100 next year.
