All that the condo has: 5 pools, 3 large spaces with grills (facing sea), with refrigerator and freezer, Squash court, sports court, sauna, party rooms, games room for children, playground, beach service, internet, etc, etc.

Almost always I am to receive them (I have another fit for family use). Show the condo for better use during our stay, I report to see if it's all in order.

A localização é privilegiada, bela vista, na área das piscinas e a estrutura muito boa!

Condomínio excelente, estrutura completa, principalmente para lazer, porém precisa de algumas modificações, como a ventilação na sala de jogos e parquinho para crianças, a porta é automática e não existe janelas basculantes, impossível usufruir destes ambientes! Quanto ao apartamento, muito bom, mas também precisa de modificações, a geladeira não gela, precisa trocar! E não tem travesseiros, precisa levar! No mais, fomos bem recepcionados, o sr. Michel muito prestativo e atencioso, ficamos muito satisfeitos, tudo muito tranquilo, pertinho da praia, sossego pra quem tem crianças! Recomendo e numa próxima oportunidade alugo novamente!

Um bom apartamento!

O apartamento é bom, somente um dos quartos que é bem pequeno e um tanto abafado. O pessoal teve que por os colchões na sala que é mais arejada. Bem na entrada tivemos um contratempo que nos fez perder um tempo considerável e estávamos cansados. Não sei porquê, mas o porteiro disse que havíamos chegado mais cedo, sendo que chegamos dentro do horário que combinamos uma semana antes com o proprietário pelo e-mail, passei todos os dados necessários do pessoal que estava comigo, dos veículos, etc... E ali, logo na chegada tivemos que fazer tudo de novo, porque segundo o porteiro nada disso havia sido passado pra ele antes, para que pudesse deixar preparado. Enfim... por normas do local, tivemos que repetir tudo. Só essa questão do horário que realmente não entendi. Fiquei constrangida naquele momento. Quanto a todo o resto foi tudo muito bom! As piscinas e churrasqueiras limpas, segurança do condomínio é ótima. Tive problemas com a maçaneta de uma porta e o zelador logo mandou uma pessoa para consertar. E não posso deixar de falar sobre a vista maravilhosa das piscinas pro alto mar. Coisa maravilhosa!

Em primeiro lugar quero agradecer toda gentileza e antenção do sr Michael Ben.Casa bem limpinha,aconchegante,uma varanda bem grande e uma vista incrível.Condominio muito lindo,os funcionários bem educados e atenciosos, as piscinas muito boas e com uma vista linda,fizemos um churrasco maravilhoso na churrasqueira externa de cara para o mar tudo.muito bom mesmo foram 4 dias inesqueciveis com meu marido nem queriamos vir embora,voltaremos concerteza.

Um ótimo lugar para ir com a família! O proprietário é muito simpático e tudo ocorreu conforme o combinado. O condomínio é muito seguro e os funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O apartamento é muito confortável, limpo e organizado. A varanda possui rede de proteção, ótimo para as crianças. As piscinas são lindas e a vista deslumbrante. Excelente área externa para famílias com crianças

Tivemos uma boa estadia no Costao das Tartarugas, as áreas externas são ótimas, destaque para a vista da piscina e da churrasqueira externa. O apto tem bom espaço (fomos em 6 adultos + 2 crianças), ventilador de teto em todos os cômodos, porém, está precisando ser detetizado contra formigas urgente!! A mobília em geral é antiga, mas em bom estado de conservaçao. Nossa única crítica é com relaçao as formigas (que sao muitas e estão por toda partes).

Ótima estadia. Super perto da praia. Fui com meus dois filhos, de 01 e de 03 anos. Varanda e todas janelas c rede. Muito seguro. Eles curtiram praia, piscina e parquinho! Adoraram!! Sr. Michel foi muito atencioso. Agradecemos pela estadia.

LOCAL MUITO ACONCHEGANTE

Passamos uma ótima estadia e final de semana, tudo de acordo com o combinado, o apartamento é muito bom e confortável, a vista da área da piscina então é maravilhosa, sala de jogos, academia e local de churrasqueira são adicionais que no conjunto torna-se o local muito aconchegante. Recomendamos e pretendemos voltar quando possível. Conheci o Sr. Michel pessoalmente, muito simpático e atencioso desde o inicio, o qual agradeço. Um grande abraço.

Maravilhoso!

Lindo apartamento! Muito confortável, limpo, os quartos perfeitos pra descansar. A varanda é muito boa, espaçosa, com rede de proteção, o que nos permitiu ficar tranquilas com as crianças. O condomínio é perfeito, as piscinas deliciosas, o porquinho e salão de jogos muito bons também. E a vista! Incrível!!!!! Pena que não pegamos tempo muito bom. Mas voltaremos com certeza. O Sr. Michel está de parabéns!

Fim de semana com a minha família

Lugar maravilhoso passei 3 dias com minha família e vivemos momentos que nunca iremos esquecer, lugar incrível apartamento acolhedor, limpo, organizado condomínio e funcionários do prédio educados atenciosos, ótima praia, nota 10 já pensamos em voltar em breve e super recomendo! Passei o final de semana com minha familia neste apartamento, . A vista da área da piscina é maravilhosa, salande jogo e academia muito proveitosos, o apartamento é muito bom e confortável. Pretendemos voltar assim que possível.
