Welcome to Kansas City! Looking for a spacious, comfortable home for your group adventure? Our three-story property is ideally suited for large groups eager to explore the vibrant nightlife and dynamic energy of the neighborhood.

Located in a vibrant and dynamic neighborhood, our property offers a unique experience with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.
Conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City. Easy access to dozens of great local businesses, offering an amazing assortment of culinary treats, small shops, and fun bars.
Centrally located-Minutes away from downtown, the plaza and Westport.
The ambiance- you get a feeling of comfort and serenity here. If there is anything you're curious about before booking, just ask.

• Open Floor Plan: The first floor features a welcoming open floor plan, ideal for gatherings and relaxation. Enjoy the seamless flow between the living room, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to entertain your group, including pots, pans, cutlery, place settings, & a coffee maker, which you're welcome to use. The kitchen offers a stove, microwave, sink, & refrigerator!
• Bedrooms & Bathrooms: With multiple bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring cozy beds and ample storage. With a true master suite with big soaker tub.
• Modern Amenities: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, unwind with our flat-screen TVs, and enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry facilities.
• Our neighborhood is lively and dynamic, offering a true city experience.
• Safety is our priority. The property is equipped with secure locks on the doors.
• Up-and-Coming Area: The neighborhood is undergoing exciting improvements and revitalization. While it may still look a bit rundown in places, it’s a work in progress with a lot of potential. You’ll see a mix of old and new, with ongoing efforts to enhance the area.

WARNING - SCAM ALERT

One star is the minimum, but it doesn't deserve any. We never received check-in instructions for our one night stay. We drove to the property and location is very questionable. I made at least 6 calls to Vrbo Customer Service (disconected 3 times) and was not allowed to speak to a manager on the last call. One told me how to find host phone number in the property booking; it was out of service. Last customer service agent said they would contact host and contact me within the hour. Never heard anything and that was 15 hours ago. We were very fortunate to find The Cherry Warehouse Hotel - eclectic and comfortable - within 5 minutes to book 3 rooms. Vrbo needs to vet the properties to ensure they're legitimate. I am shocked I received the notification to even review this property.

COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED!!!!!!

First of all, we were concerned about the neighborhood, if it was safe. Had a friend checkout the area where this property was shown to be according to the map on VRBO which was a decent area, only to find out that the map on VRBO was not accurate and the property was in a very rough neighborhood!!! Contacted the host and she said the last renters also complained about this location too. We did not feel safe as we had 9 grandchildren and the host has refused to refund our money. Immediately after complaining to the host, they changed both the location and the description about this property! We complained to the host and she said she would get back to the owner and get back to us only to be told later that she was the owner! I believe the wrong description and the map location was completely intentional to make the property more appealing to families to stay there in reality it is NOT!! Keep looking and stay away from this place!!!!!

Not ideal for large families

Overall ratings of the property space were good. Living quarters could’ve been better. Some of the queen beds were places on a full-size bed frame. The full-ton bed/couch was very uncomfortable. can't sleep on it because it was too hard. The floor is squeaky when walking on second level of the property and be very annoying for someone that is a light sleeper like me. Some part of the living/dinning room floor have a nail head sticking out. If you have a large family 6+ people, The water will be a problem. Water pressure was bad. If one person shower, it will affect the water pressure of the other showers. I contacted to host, they said they we’re gonna have someone to look at it, but no one showed up. There were not enough bedding sheets in the rooms. The property only provides 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. when you ran out of paper you need to provide your own. The is a 3rd floor kind of an attic with 3 more beds but watch your heads if you’re more than 6foot. I learned that the hard way. The property is located in a very narrow street and its oneway. Sometimes, its hard to get on the street from the property drive way because there is always a vehicle parked on the opposite side.
