Absolutely beautiful location, and the house was incredibly comfortable. The sunsets over the water from each balcony (there are three!) were awe inspiring.

Perfect location to the beach and pool. There are a lot of stairs though. Back porch could use more comfy furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and great views of the ocean and sunsets. Condo is in a community that includes a really nice pool and a good playground. Close to Coneheads and a couple of other restaurants. The beach is right on the other side of a short walkway with a wide white sand beach. Highly recommend..

Easy walk to the beach and pool, especially for little ones and grandparents. Beautiful sunset views from the 3 balconies. Kitchen is very well stocked, especially for a rental property. We appreciated the available crib.A comfortable and lovely 7-night stay at this condo! Would rent again.

Perfect and Easy!

Perfect location right on the beach, clean, comfy, well stocked kitchen. Quick and helpful communication with Owner both before and during stay. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cleanliness: 9/10 - things like baseboards and ceiling fans need to be cleaned.Communication - 10/10 owner always responded quickly.Location - 10/10 - very short walk to the beach - easy to get to, great view!Parking: under the condo/beside the steps (2-3 cars depending on size of vehicle)Laundry: also under the condo. The washer was new. Both worked great. - so you do have to go outside to wash/dry clothes.First floor: kitchen/living room and a 1/2 bath. Refrigerator appeared new. There is a Keurig and a coffee maker. The sofa/love seat both comfortable. The 1/2 bath is very handy if you need to come in from the beach to use the restroom without getting the entire condo wet/sandy. There was a starter set of things like soap, trash bags, toilet paper, ect. The internet was good - but at times it would disconnect and the signal if very weak on the 3rd floor so we mainly watched Tv downstairs. The boys played video games but they were on the 2nd floor.2nd floor : 2 bedrooms/2 baths. We only used the queen bed/balcony. The bed was great and there was plenty of room. 2nd bedroom on this floor has 2 twin beds.3rd Floor - king bed, balcony/large bathroom. The furniture in the room was new and the bed was very comfortable.Things that would have been nice: Furniture on the 3rd floor balcony. Beautiful view but no chairs at all. There is a water spicket to wash off under the condo but a water hose would have made things much easier. We recommend this place.
