The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please follow the FULL checkout procedure which will be emailed to you with your entry instructions 10 days before check in. A copy of the procedure is also at the property in a leucite frame.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservation holder must be at the property for the duration of the reservation. A copy of a photo ID is required at time of booking.

Just a quick getaway to relax. Really nice property and great pool. Would of gave the property a overall 5 stars but the cable and wifi was very spoty.

Everything about this house was as expected except they need to replace the only place to sit near fireplace and tv. The huge couch was extremely uncomfortable.

A wonderful retreat in La Quinta Cove

We couldn’t have had a better stay. Casa Alegre is as pictured - with a spacious, well laid out interior, lovely pool area and beautiful front and back mountains views. Adi couldn’t have been a better host. She was responsive, gracious, and helpful. We took daily walks, enjoyed old Town shops and restaurants as well much time reading and relaxing by the pool. We look forward to returning.

I have gone to La Quinta the last 4 years and I have to say Adi’s home was definitely one of my favorites! The home was extremely clean and just had a lot of nice details to it. Such as, ice in the freezer, the endless amount of instructions to ensure we knew where everything was and how it worked, to the towels folded hotel style in the bathrooms. It was very easy to get a hold of Adi if we had any issue. I think the only thing that threw me off was making sure all the towels were loaded in the washer and dryer before check out. We tried our best to finish this task but ran out of time. Completely my fault for not thoroughly reading the check out instructions till the day of. So if you’re staying here just make sure you wake up early enough to get the laundry started to help the cleaning staff out! Either then that my friends and I really liked the pool/ hot tub out front. The pool even came with floaties which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this home for any family or small groups.

Awesome Getaway Place

The house is adorable. It is close to restaurants and shopping and in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was awesome to have a pool to relax in and hang out while the men played golf. Adi, the Property Manager, immediately answered any messages and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay

House was well stocked with proper kitchenware. My family and I all agree all the beds are super comfortable and the large couch is very accommodating for a large family. We were able to enjoy the firepit, indoor fireplace, and jacuzzi during our 4-day stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to all my questions. During our stay we had some issues with the spa but the owner was responsive and quick to send the pool guy who had to come by 2x! My only complaint has to do with the extra fee for electric and gas use. We were given an "allowance" of $100 and we somehow exceeded this and had to pay an additional $69+. I know many other rentals are doing the same thing by adding this utility fee but it just feels like nickel and dime-ing us when we're already paying to rent the house. Shouldn't the rental include the utilities? Overall though, great place to stay.

This home was open and spacious, the rooms were large with comfortable bedding, the floor plan was perfectly designed for a stay-at-home getaway with friends, and the property management was attentive and very helpful. We caught the worst heat maybe ever in the region, and the AC held up well and the pool was a reprieve in the evenings. We would be thrilled to return!

Everything you need

Spent a few days here and it was great. Close enough to town if you need something but it’s in a nice residential area. The house was mostly clean, all surfaces, beds, bathroom, but seemed like it could a really deep clean (walls, doors, fresh paint) but that’s it. It had everything you would need in the kitchen, great pool, easy check in and quick response from the manager! Thanks!
