We had a blast in Gatlinburg. It was my first time. Staying just a bit out of town was wonderful and cut off all the noise. Would absolutely stay again.

Numerous issues made this a less than desirable vacation stay. From poor communication to drainage issues of tub, non functioning dishwasher and water from ac coming in the front door. Communicated issues to host (received no response) so hopefully the next guests can enjoy their stay. It is close to downtown Gatlinburg so I gave it 2 stars

Very clean. Nice location. Accurate listing abs photos. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/out process was a breeze! No complaints!

We had a wonderful view of the Gatlinburg strip and we even saw a bear on the property. The rooms were clean and very affordable for a family on a budget. Our condo was just right for our family of three and we could have added more. Will definitely use for our next family trip.

Needs a little extra love. Beds are good, one bathroom is tiny. A/C is loud and LR furniture should be replaced. Overall okay. Don’t believe the hype about walking distance to Parkway. I mean the walk down is great, the walk back is rough. It would be ideal if the hotel somehow connected to the parking lot. You can see Ol Red across the street but it’s an impassable hill so you have to take the walk all the way around to get to Parkway. The hosts were superb when our door code stopped working and we needed it at 11pm.

Room was clean but some missed things bathroom rug thrown in chair rug pushed under bed with cereal on it toy left under bed bathroom mirror in smaller bathroom was not cleaned at all. Host communicated and wanted to send someone out to reclean was just bringing it to someone’s attention very convenient to down town we walked to and from every day I do not recommend the Blue Moose at all. Pancake pantry rocks everytime

Our stay was good but we had an early evening event to get to and I had asked if we could check-in an hour early and was told they couldn’t guarantee an early check-in but if the unit was clean before 4, they’d certainly let us know so we could. We arrived at the condo unit at 2:30, I messaged and never got a reply. We sat in a torrential downpour until the unit finally opened at 4:00. I realize early check-in isn’t always possible but the unit was obviously already clean at 2:30 because no one came to clean while we sat and waited for the door code to work. That aside, other than our white socks getting very dirty from the floors, the unit otherwise was clean and well equipped. The condos are not on the main parkway and yes you CAN walk it but it’s hilly and after walking all over G’burg we decided if we went back into town we would opt to drive. We enjoyed the patio in the evenings and although the unit is very small we had plenty of room for 3.

A few things could be updated in and on the property. In the community area the hot tub never worked right. It was just like sitting in a hot pool. Overall, it was a nice stay for my husband, myself, and our 12 year old daughter. We would definitely stay again.

Within walking distance to downtown and a great place to say. Exactly as listed with beautiful views. The host was very communicative and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This little condo was an overnight stop on a 10 day, 4,600 mile girls road trip. It was wonderful. Perfect location to all the happenings in Gatlinburg. Comfortable, charming, and on the ground floor!
