Enjoyed our stay, looking for peace and quiet. This is a good choice. Out and away from all the hustle and bussle of the city, old city just ten minutes away. Would highly recommend.

Sailor’s Cove Studio is so lovely! The bed is incredibly comfortable! The layout is great! The pool, parking, amenities and property are so pleasant!The communication with our host was amazing too. The high ceilings were a wonderful surprise. We highly recommend this VRBO!

This was my very 1st experience in an air b&b and it was wonderful. The bar is so high at this place my only fear is i want find these standard easily. There was no having to think on my part very well stock with more than you would ever need. This place was very clean orderly and home like.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this location. It was quaint and concise, but very inviting. Everything was in great working order and the unit was extremely clean. We highly recommend anyone to rent this unit when in Saint Augustine.

Great place! We didn't meet our host, but had contact information if we needed him or had any questions (which we didn’t.) The accommodations were clean and the bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus after 2 weeks on the road. Our only complaint is the weather was too cool to use the pool!

This studio is heavenly -- best experience I have ever had in in a vacation rental (and I have had many). In fact, I extended my stay. It is 100% quiet, beautiful, peaceful -- all the amenities, ten minutes from historic St. Augustine, lovely neighborhood. The owners are local, i.e., available, in case of need, and they are super friendly. I hope to return!

The studio was very clean and spacious. The property was beautiful, well maintained and quiet. It was far away from everything yet close enough to get most anywhere in 10 min. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries. A peaceful retreat from busy lives. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay and an easy trip into St Augustine for the Nights of Lights. The king size bed was very comfy and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well equipped. My husband really liked having hot cocoa available. We would definitely stay again. Maybe next time it will be warm enough to use the pool.

Check in was easy. Quiet and nice location. Fit our needs. Bathroom and kitchen supplies were limited, for instance, one garage bag, nearly empty conditioner. The place was clean except for a coffee mug we pulled from the cabinet was dirty. Probably because there was no dishwasher and other guests may have put it away without washing it.

Loved our short stay of touring St Augustine

I was a little leery being connected to the host house, but our living area was very secluded and private. It was roomier than the pictures show, super nice furnishings and several extras that most VRBO’s don’t offer. If ever in this area again I would definitely rebook.

Well kept property, clean, quiet, spacious. Room is big with high vaulted ceiling. Kitchenette had everything along with washer and dryer. Nice size bathroom. I would highly recommend this place for adults. Close to downtown, old district St. Augustine, shops, restaurants and night life. Sergey is a wonderful, professional host. He responded in a timely manner.

It was clean and quiet. I was not impressed with urinal in the bathroom. The toilet set to close to the floor. There was no extra toilet paper. Only one trash bag. There was little water pressure in the shower. There were not enough towels or hand towels. The washer/dryer did not work. The only appliance I used was the refrigerator. The bed was placed so it was uncomfortable to watch tv. The bed was too high. Not happy I couldn't have a visitor on the property. Parking was past end of pool.

Dear Muriel! Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate guests taking the time to share their experience. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. • The bathroom includes a separate urinal, which many guests (especially male guests) actually appreciate. • Extra trash bags are always stocked in the kitchen cabinets. The guest saw me on the property several times and never asked - had she done so, I would have gladly shown her where everything was. • Water pressure is normal; the shower has a multi-setting control that simply needs to be adjusted. • The TV is fully adjustable and can be rotated, and the room is designed primarily for viewing from the comfortable chairs provided. A TV cannot realistically be positioned to be visible from every angle of a room. • The bed is standard height, not higher than typical hotel or residential beds. • Six towels of various sizes were provided, and several were left unused after checkout. • The washer/dryer works properly and was checked again after departure with no issues found. • Regarding visitors: this is a private residential property, and for safety and insurance reasons visitors must be approved in advance. We regularly allow visitors when guests ask. • Parking is ample and clearly designated; many guests specifically value the amount of available parking space. We strive to be attentive and responsive hosts and are always happy to help when concerns are communicated during the stay. Best. Sergey

Best place we've EVER stayed in!!

This was such a wonderful stay! We were MORE than pleased by the well-appointed property. The property owner, Sergey, is personable, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is like a studio apartment with every single thing we needed, and then some. Tastefully furnished and I must say, the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in....better than our high-end mattress!! It was great to have access to a washer/dryer on our week long stay as we went to the beach often and had the luxury of fresh beach towels, which Sergey provided. It was SO lovely to open the door and have coffee by the beautiful pool. Sergey provides the coffee maker and coffee! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in, which we did not, but he has everything you would need if you wanted to, including basic seasonings, hot plate to cook on, pots and pans, microwave, utensils, fridge, separate and efficient ice maker, selection of teas, and so much more... Sergey's home is gorgeous, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, ample parking, and the resident unsocial kitty. :) It's central to everything you would need on your trip. Overall, this stay was a 20 out of 10. We plan on going back to St. Augustine and won't stay anywhere else. Thank you Sergey!! Our trip was good, and you made it great!
