Property was very nice, short walk to the beach but perfect for what we needed it for. Pool was nice, downside is that they are strict on closing the pool at dusk, cant even walk through it as needed to get to the ocean at night so you have to walk around the buildings if you want to walk the ocean at night. Other then that it was perfect and still worth the 5 star rating. I think my favorite feature is the bigger then king sized bed. Sooooo much room makes me want one at home but the girlfriend already said NO! Lol. But definitely a great weeks stay and highly recommend. The property did have a couple of "small mechanical flawes" which were brought to the owners attention.

My wife and I had the best time staying here! We appreciated the host in being accommodating, attentive and kind. This place was so clean, had everything we needed and was the perfect location for all our activities! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great place to stay. It’s very close to the beach (a few minutes of a walk) and around a 10 min drive to the heart of downtown. I’d definitely stay again.

Great little gem!

The property was clean, well-stocked, and in a perfect location! Communication with the host was exceptional. Right near the beach and convenient to St. Augustine. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a property.

Nice property with good king bed, clean kitchen and 2 nice pools. The only issue is that the porch or deck overlooks A1A just a few feet away. So it’s really noisy out there and a little noisy inside too.

Amazing getaway!

The perfect place for a quick getaway or longer vacation. We had an extended weekend to celebrate our Anniversary and it was amazing. The condo was everyrhing we expected and needed, The host was incredible! We brought our service dog and he lives it too!! And

Beautiful unit and great location

This place is located in a well maintained gated community. Here you have great amenities, security and direct beach access. We loved the fact that is just 15 minutes drive to downtown and also we were able to enjoy the beach life. The two pools have security and are really nice. This is a great place to stay.

Good location but subpar room/no communication

Upon arrival the bed was not only covered in stains but completely broken on one half. I have never experienced a bed with the springs so far gone and sunken in. Tried contacting the host multiple times only to receive one text that said “everything’s clean do you want more towels.” We even had a small emergency to which he never responded. After that we messaged more for further help or assistance with the bed, for days there was no response. We only got a text at the end that was automated about cleaning up and fees. The only redeeming feature was the location and heated pools as 50 % of the bed is unusable and the host offers no help

Was close to the pools and to the beach. Access to A1A and to old St. Augustine was what we were looking for. Shower pressure was excellent...wife made me say that.

Family Vacation to St. Augustine Beach

My wife and I stayed at the property with our 1 year old. I'd certainly recommend the property due to affordability and location (10 minute walk to the beach). The only issue I'd point out to a prospective renter is that, although it's only about 6-7 miles from downtown St. Augustine, the traffic was bad each time we made the trip, and it was often over 30 minutes to drive. Take that into account if you plan on going to St. Augustine during your stay.

Very pleasant experience! It did not bother me but, some people may not want to stay in this unit due to the noise of the busy highway the unit faces. I would definitely stay in this unit again!
